Tanked this game so Bam could secure the double double record at home in a win, I like it

For what? Even if they lost out(which they very well might do), they'd be lucky to get a top 10 pick. I guess they could get lucky with the ping pong balls.

We play hawks back home in 2 days. By then we’d have only a days rest & played 3 gm’s in 4 days. Not sure we rejuvenate enough for a revenge dub.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Pats going full blown “Godather” this summer with our assets to get something done. This season will not sit well with him

Time to play the young guys. Keshad, Christopher, and Larrson should all be getting minutes from here on out.

If you aren’t embracing the tank at this point you’re just hurting yourself mentally. I felt literally nothing with this loss and it’s great, I’m thinking bigger picture and we need the assets.

Does Spo know what challenges are for? 2 Glaring misses in the 4th. Wiggins got hit in the face, begged for a challenge... nothing. Capela basket interference, Heat players asked for a challenge... nothing. Herro ball inn the 4th for turnover after turnover while benching your pg. Wiggins was decent though, there is that.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Every team is going to have down seasons. It's part of the NBA cycle. We were due for this. Butler was getting older and couldnt carry this team in regular season. And Herro Bam were not quite at the top 15 All nba level that you need to elevate the team without Butler.
I'm more mad about botching the Butler trade. They should have seen this coming. Moved him for the summer and we would have had real assets for the rebuild. In terms of stepping down, Riley should. More so because we need someone who is open to all possibilities. I don't know if paying Bam and Herro combined 100 mil a season is the way to go long term. A full rebuild might be better option. But this FO is so stubborn about showing the league that we always trying to win now. But the only way to set your team up for the long term is drafting and accumulating assets like OKC and Boston did. You take pain for 2-3 seasons but you're set for 15 years if it works out

Pat needs to do some self-reflection and hold himself accountable.

I'm not holding my breath though.

Couldnt challenge the wiggins call. Nothing was called and it was an airball. Capela one should have challenged. But I donno if he could have challenged that one either

Sucks we couldn’t give away Jagsmith to a playoff team for a 2nd and get under the tax.

For sure, rotations might be bunk sometimes but Spo cannot turn a ham sandwich into a steak

Play the young guys

Might as well run with some athlete's out there. Run the summer league lineup with Keshad, Larrson, and Christopher with Bam and Herro.

We failed at even the basic minimum. How close are we to the repeater tax?

Is there any way we can still get below the tax level this season?
