I mean if Mitchell can pick up where he left off he’s absolutely worth the money and it’s a short deal. He’s one of the like 3 good defenders in the rotation, provides rim pressure, gives a little playmaking, hits the open 3, and it happy to play his role. Worst case he sucks and then he’s an easy expiring to move

As expected, there won’t be a market and doesn’t need to be a market. If he’s leaving he’s going wherever he wants to finish his career. He’ll ask out and get to where he wants with that team matching salary and giving little to no assets. He may stay after they sign Ayton and trade for Wiggins.

Like contract said above. Giving Duncan a 3 year deal is malpractice. You all want him to continue backing up Herro or playing alongside him forcing the worst defensive SG/SF duo in the NBA? Or is it for the feels of sitting on the bench or continuing to eat into JJJ or Larrson’s minutes? Give him a S&T to Detroit and we’ll take back a 2nd and trade exception. Similar to Strus signing with Cavs

Someone on the general board brought up the UD option, and that may prove to be the case. We may let Duncan ride out the next decade on our bench earning $3 mil-$4 mil per.

Oh yeah, so often! But he also does bring life to conversations, hope traffics, and is passionate about our team (2nd to Bam of course).

Stop fighting it, accept it for what it is, and move on. All it takes is a shift in state of mind. We all have a wild sibling, child, or cousin, and 3ammy is ours!

I can dig that. He is a good locker room person. Not any type of impact UD was in the locker room, but a good teammate, liked in the locker room, and as a microwave shooter, has more playing value than what UD had the last 5+ years.

If I “Stanned” for Herro I’d be a lot more popular and probably wouldn’t receive any backlash but it is what it is.

Let’s get this Edrice trade done this summer since we’re not building a winning team after him saying publicly he wants to win so I can show where my top allegiance lies. Then I will be referred to as a “Ware Stan” when the forum is disgusted he isn’t averaging 28-13-6 or a “KJ Stan” when everyone is dogging him for not putting up prime Luka numbers.
