Dragic, Nunn, Herro, and DRob all can hit a 3, some at a highly efficient rate. There is also hope the Precious can develop a reliable touch as well, not to mention the hope is Bam will finally stretch his game out as his pre-draft workout showed he can. If anything, I says a Giannis signing is what finally forces Spos and Bams hand to take those shots with more frequency. Our floor spacing will be fine.

The lion share of our shots isn't coming from someone who can't shoot rn; If Giannis is our hail mary then those are some honest concerns that should be considered. I'm not asking what if Bam becomes a great 3pt shooter in the next season, I'm asking what if he doesn't and our big 3 can't shoot

I don't think none of those guys is a superlative offensive threat... in today's game you need at least one of those to score 25 points or more every game with a mixture off penetration and outside shot, somebody fast and limber... if you don't have one or two of those type of guys, you don't win a chip
Because of this the more I think about it the more I realize that we need Harden types and Giannis will not cut it

Mia's history of acquiring a "Kawhi clone" has produced a poor shooting and perpetually injured product that the fanbase irrationally grew attached to.

For those that want Harden, your best hope is that Giannis signs the supermax when he comes back from Greece. Otherwise I don't see the Heat making any moves, unless Houston for some strange reason decides to sell Harden to us for cheap.

That's definitely a problem, and that's not unique to our team. That said, that wall defense only works when there is a primary ball handler who cannot shoot and tries to go to the rim all the time, aka GA@Bucks. The way we work around it is to ensure that no one stays in the same place on the floor and the ball doesn't stick. Like our offense from last season. We can always stagger them if needed, but I have 100% confidence in Spo to make it work. And while we are worrying about the issues on offense, does anyone want to dream with me about the potential on defense with that same big 3
