WYD?

Jimmy would get upset I think...also even though Simmons is a better and younger player, his lack of shooting on this roster might not be a great fit.

When will these fake good Wizards come back to earth?

Beal isn't playing great yet thery're beating everybody...just how harmful Westbrook is for his team?!

Lots of NBA stars make crucial career-ending mistakes towards the twilight of their career and LeBron certainly did it by signing 40 mil x2 (?) contract himself and then trading for 40 mil x2 Westbrick. That's the biggest nail in the coffin if I ever saw one. You can barely play because you logged too many mins and old, and you're counting on a guy who's like China version of you to carry your team. lol

Nets look like a decent, but beatable team; Star-power gives them a 2017 CLE vibe, but still a let down.

We barely got to see the 3 of them, but I did imagine the 2 would be better

Kyrie was the engine last szn...

surround big 2/3 with washed vets is usually a recipe for disastee. Even Heat was a mess even with primely primed big 3 first year with Erica Dumpeer, Alex Aloyo, Mike Bibby and so forth. Nets and Lakers have much older core, I'm not surprised at their struggles at all.

Nets could still contend though. with a few right bounces in their way. Easily

The amount of desperate ring chasers is what's hurting me.

Blake, Aldridge, Millsap, Patty **** Mills all taking huge discounts to support the overrated stars.

Extremally annoying, we had a bigger role to offer but these desperate geezers went for the easiest path possible.

Just like the stars they're supporting.

But think about it logically, remember how pathetically we played in the playoffs. We where the only team swept in the playoffs and Butler looked like trash. What ring chaser would look at us and say let me sign up? Thats on us. When we create a winning environment then ring chases will look at us but honestly its hard to blame ring chaser after our playoff performance.

Curry deserves all the credit he is getting right now. He's playing amazing and leading a team that no one expected to be this good, to being the best in the league.

That said, at what point do we acknowlege that Steve Kerr is a really good **** coach? There's too much evidence at this point to ignore. Like think about the difference you'd see in the Nets if you switched him and Steve Nash, who is a horrible coach.

Respect to Kerr, but he's not making the Nets turn into GS. Warriors are who they are, largely, because of Curry/Dray and a competent FO

I agree, they wouldn't look like GS obviously because of the personnel they have. But they'd be a lot more cohesive of a unit and probably have the best record.

GS is a lottery team until Klay gets back if Nash is the coach.

Harden possibly doesn't come into the season a fat tub of lard with Kerr as a coach.

Kerr is a big part of it. He is the one who implemented the system and implemented Dray into the offense, so their stars could be the best version of themselves. Having Dray run point is Kerrs coaching decision. That doesn't mean Kerr could innovate a offense scheme for the Nets.
