Gotta give credit to their new GM Nico. Just surrounded Doncic and Kyrie with multiple defenders, and anything is possible in a best of 7 series. No amount of defense adjustment can stop these two talented scorers.

I can already see the ultimate nightmare scenario. Mavs get to the Finals scorching hot and then Luka's knee finally blows out for another Celts cakewalk series without the other team's best player.

Wolves in finals vs Celtics is the nightmare scenario.

I don’t have ill will towards Mavs just bc Miami has split 2 finals appearances with them

Celtics winning is hell. Towns and Wolves winning before Jimmy is hell. Gobert beating the playoff fraud allegations would be annoying (I know you all saw that last play tho… Seems to have really stand out plays where he gets exploited like that stamping each of his playoff appearances. Does Bam have any of those????)

Bams playing in the East vs primarily bum teams with fake playoff hopes and the only reason any of them advance is because they face other fake playoff teams. Indiana does not get out of the play ins in the West and I don't think any Eastern team (besides Boston) this year beats any Western team other than the Pelicans. In saying that Bam is still way better than Gobert but Rudy gets cooked by elite teams/players and does not have the luxury of playing crap teams every year come playoff time.
