Herro mentioned how he's lost weight as the season went on and he talks about recovery being more important (maybe this is what Miami's hinting at doing for everyone to keep players healthier for the season).

Lost weight? He needs to add weight. He's already fragile as is. A little knock here and he'd be out for weeks. He needs to bulk up to absorb contact better

He was talking about how he has a history of losing weight during the season and I believe he was talking about Miami doing something to stop that from happening for the foreseeable future which looks to be tied into their recovery after games.

Should be interesting to see if backcourts they're going against have better than normal offensive games against Miami or if Bam and Butler (2 of Miami's more efficient scorers on the roster) have to work harder on defense that could weaken them on offense. Who knows, maybe Miami just plays even more zone.

Sad day. These deaths just keep reminding how old I am.

Denver really squander not making that team a title team. Even thou Laphonso Ellis knee injury held that team back

The only deal he can expect is a trade. We are not extending an injury prone player who still has years on his contract and on his last legs.
