Pretty sure Malik said that Vincent/KZ will not play in Sacramento, only in Vegas.

Still waiting to see our backup PG, SF, PF and let the kids fight for the last few spots.

With the age of this team, I don't think we can waste a spot on UD this time. It really is crazy that he's going on year 7 of being a part timer.

Maybe this report didn't get the memo or this is old. Yes Malik said they will not play yesterday. He didn't say they will play in Vegas.

What hold up for the Heat? I think the Heat are waiting on some answers from some minimum vet free agents and Nunn. With only 11 million left of the hard cap that's pretty much what's left.

What will we give the Spurs that is equal/better to Lauri Markkanen?

Our only S&T options are Nunn, Iguodala - Nunn is realizing he may be not be worth as much as he thought and Iguodala is likely going to GS (either way he's not going to rebuilding SAS).

We blew it by giving Tucker the MLE without waiting on DeRozan. (for those that want him)

The ONLY things we can do now (outside S&T for the guys listed above) is use 2.5M of the MLE and 3.8M of the BAE (in separate transactions) and then go off the ocean floor for the scraps for the rest.

Maybe we can try to make it a triple S&T and get Lauri while giving Nunn to SAS.

I feel like we will be left out though and lost a lot of options.

If DeRozan wants to be here, he will. Odds are he told the Heat its not going to happen so we used the MLE on Tucker.

I don't think we blew anything by signing Tucker. I think it was made clear to the Heat that it was going to take a lot more then the MLE and rightfully so. DeRozan is still only 31 and should be making about 18-20 a year minimum. The Heat tried to accommodate this by most likely offering the Spurs Iguodala's 15 mil opted in contract and Okpala but Spurs were not down to play ball. I think they wanted Herro and we said nope.

Exactly. The MLE was too little for a player of his caliber. It's fine we still move. We have three roster spots to fill with the MLE 2.5 left over BAE 3.7 and Nunn hopefully coming back for 4.7
