It's kinda interesting, the 3 guys who've drawn the most ire from Heat fans this offseason were top 3 in mins played for the #1 seed Heat last season; Herro, Lowry and Duncan were the only Heat players to eclipse 2000 mins played. Jimmy was 5th in mins and Bam was 6th

And it's not like we were winning at some insane rate when Jimmy and Bam were playing. We were 38-19 with Jimmy and and 36-20 with Bam, but the team still managed to keep winning without them: 15-10 without Jimmy and 17-9 without Bam

So while all 3 went to chit in the playoffs for various reasons (Lowry and Herro were injured, Duncan fell out of the rotation), they were bigly instrumental in securing the best record in the East

Agreed, Tyler Herro is an incredible young prospect, already winning 6MOY at only 22 yrs old. He hasn't even entered his prime, he is an amazing value at his age and potential, the Nets should be salivating at our trade offer. He had a freak injury that hobbled him in the playoffs, but he's otherwise very healthy!

And also agreed about Kyle Lowry. Veteran presence that greatly helped our team, it's unfortunate we have to trade him but it is what it is, any team should feel great about such an addition.

And D-Rob. The sniper. Single handedly can win you games when he catches fire.

We are lucky to have these assets to trade to other teams. I will be so sad when they are gone, but it is what it is, I will make do with KD.

The next big 3 is Bam Tatum and Mitchell. Obviously won’t be in Utah, no one wants to play in Boston and Tatum grew up hating them so that only leaves……

Love how these guys are all best friends and their games fit perfect with one another

I could see AD shaking loose at the deadline if the Lakers are looking bad and I can see us still needing a 4.

Will take him back with open arms at this point. Maybe the Suns want to go full time with Cameron Johnson at the 4. Duncan would be the one going out but no way Suns take on more money in this deal. Would have to be a match deal. Saric and Crowder for Duncan and Jovic is what a deal could look like. The addition of Jovic saves the team from including a 1st in this deal and we maintain trade flexibility with two expiring’s at the deadline.

I’m in the minority but I’d still gladly take Kyrie if an extension is agreed upon with the trade.

A Kyrie deal would seemingly require Lowry involved, so we're to believe Jimmy is pushing his boy out? I suppose anything is possible but I'ma hold off on buying into it

Kyrie is the one star we can trade for and then turn and still have assets to add a Collins level guy at the 4.

Lowry and Herro for an extended Kyrie.

Duncan yurt Jovic and 2 1sts for Collins and Onyeka

Kyrie/Gabe
Strus/Dipo
Jimmy/Martin
Collins/Onyeka
Bam/Dedmon

I’d feel a lot better going into next season with that team as long as Kyrie has his head on straight.

Just realized this tweet didn’t link. It said down within the lakers front office want to gauge ADs trade value

I doubt Pat trades for Crowder right now. Both the Heat and the Suns want KD. Why give your competitor assets that might be used to get KD later in the future? Also, the Suns owner is cheap and in the luxury tax. So why exactly would he take Duncan's big contract unless there's a pick or two involved? From the Suns perspective, they probably wouldn't do a trade yet. Expirings are useful in trades. Currently, they have 5 expiring contracts (Jae, Saric, Cam Johnson, Torrey Craig and Josh Okogie) and full control of all their picks. Wouldn't they rather wait for KD or the trade deadline to make big moves?

Jimmy talks to Kyle on the regular so I highly doubt that report is true. He’s not pushing Kyle out. Kyrie is staying in BK or heading to the Lakers. He’s not coming here

That Collins ship has sailed. He’s been hanging with Young and Murray all summer and they all seem to be happy. He’s locked into a good deal. No reason to deal him at this point since they got rid of Huerter’s deal. As a matter of fact they already turned down Barnes cause they wanted the 4th pick which became Keegan Murray.
