Well the bitter and jealous posters who keep coming on the Heat board, since their GM wasn't able to get one of the top three coveted free agents. I'm not going to lie. Id be real jealous and mad if any other team got all three. Id bitch and moan and complain all the time.

we didn't start it - look to Celtics fans who beat Cleveland - that's where I saw it first. Yet, I think it's a reference to tv announcers.

Hmmm... You come on the Heat board because you are happy? You rely on other teams to do your bidding, and you claim to not be mad? Or jealous? Im sorry, but a content individual doesn't come onto another teams board to complain.

It's from those viral internet pics that float around. There is a whole bunch of them and for some reason U Mad caught on.

U mad is actually from an interview on the Bill O'Reily show.

It gained immense popularity when it earned meme status on a certain popular anonymous image board. Now its mostly used by 12 year old new***s, and hasn't been funny since last Thursday.

 That video is hilarious.

I personally don't mind the whole U MAD thing, especially when fans of opposing teams fans come HERE and complain about our players, or the way they joined together. If these players were on their teams, we know they would be overjoyed as well.

However I don't feel we should go on OTHER teams pages, and post it. It's just inviting trouble...but if they come here and talk trash...sure go ahead and use the phrase. Just IMO.

I personally haven't even gone onto other teams pages and even mentioned anything player related let alone bust out any U Mad slogans and pics on their home board. But, it is hard to resist when trolls come onto the Heat board. haha

It is funny when posters come on here and ask what do you mean Im mad! I wonder how much of an increase there has been in visits from trolls.

So, why does everyone call the Heat fans the worst in the league? Is it because they're front-runners?

I don't know if it justifies it or not, but probably 90% of the people that live here are from somewhere else. Whether it would be NY, the Caribbean, Cuba, South America or wherever. I happen to be one of the few that was born and raised here, though my parents are from Pittsburgh.

I don't think people call them the absolute worst, but they have a bad rep, just like Lakers fans really (who also fail to show up when their team isn't a winner, but that hasn't happened in a long time).

That said, people who post on a message board don't really compare to the average fan. If you're posting on a board about your team, you're already a diehard regardless of how dedicated the average member of your team is.

This as well, and it is definitely a justification. Nobody actually grows up in Florida. Its a destination state, but not a place that people are raised in. I'd bet the Magic actually have a more stable fanbase than Miami does, and that's because Orlando is a more stable city.

This is also why you get the most dedicated fans in people out in the midwest... people grow up there, live and die all in one city for their whole life more often there than in places like Florida or California (another state notorious for having front runners).

Born and raised in the county of dade!

And my parents came from Ohio 30 years ago...because it sucks! Their words, not mine.
