yeah but he doesnt have to much options neither. haslem ( dear lord ), lewis ( dear god ), anthony ( harry krishna ), so he is forced to play bosh at center wich leaves west on an tropical island. i agree

This coach is NEVER forced to do anything, BYNUM is not mobile enough to play defense for this team, they don't care about his offense..my vote is NO...

As much as i could see a fit i say NO too and praying for Oden knees every day and twice on sunday

yeah wishes are one but reality is a total diferent think. Riley would never ever take Bynum. plus i dont think neither one of the big 3 would welcome him here . he is an elephant and i am not talking only about his ego.

Never say never. People said the same about Riley not taking Beasley back because of past issues. It might not happen, but Riley never says no to talent. Why would the big 3 not welcome him?

I would take him on a non guaranteed deal. Imagine having oden and Bynum vs Hibbert

Bynum doesnt have talent. he is just a big guy. look at today every 7 foot center is an all star basically. cmon. because the big 3 would never go against riley. too much respect bethween. riley doesnt want him. plus he would sign with us in the offseason for the mmle if he wants t play for miami.

He can be a good insurance in-case the Oden experiment doesn't pan out well, and this was the guy who guarded an athletic Dwight in 09 finals, so he can definitely guard the post. I would say why not for the mimimum.

I've been quietly hoping for an Okafor recovery/buyout to save Sarver money scenario since that trade earlier this season. Of course, Phoenix isn't godawful like I thought they'd be, so it's more of a long shot than I previously imagined.

He's probably manipulating himself out of that overhyped team he's playing on. It's not the most honorable way to go, but I can understand.

If Riley is comfortable with the risk, it's worth it. Everyone in the league knows how the Miami Heat lockerroom is now and how the organization is run. A rehabilitation organization of sorts and it could pay dividends, while not hanging the expensive tag on Miami.

It isn't like he didn't show anything this season. Problem is Miami needs a guard, so dropping Mason wouldn't be worth it, but losing Jones/Anthony is.

I'll take him. Cleveland is just cursed. They hate Miami and Lebron...which means fate as usual will F over Cleveland and hand deliver Bynum to Lebron and Miami....with Bynum playing well, helping us win a 3rd straight title costing Cleveland any hope they had to resign Lebron...LOL Watch this actually end up happening.

About Bynum suspension, league source tells Yahoo: "He doesn't want to play basketball anymore. He never liked it that much in first place."

i think he didnt like cleveland

we never played for the love of bball he was just collecting a check. He's so lazy even when he played with the lakers he wasn't very serious. Heat don't want this guy unless he comes for dirt cheap.

There's no reason to not want Bynum, he's a big body at the very least, can score in bursts and rebounds well. His man defense on Hibbert would be really useful. Team defense wise, we'd probably have to make him sink on P&Rs and adjust our scheme but he'd definitely be worth it for us to change up our scheme a bit.

That being said, I doubt we get him.

Bynum has admitted on several occasions that he's struggled mentally with learning to play with less mobility and in pain with his knees. Brown also refuted the notion that the 7-foot Bynum doesn't like basketball.

It's not gonna happen, our defense would have to change dramatically, and spobot does not compute.

I hate Andrew Bynum, but he can still play at a somewhat decent level, and he has size. Like another poster said if we could split the center minutes between Bynum/Oden/Birdman we'd have that size that we haven't had in years which would be great against Indiana. Say goodbye to 25 point games from Hibbert against us while he sucks against any other team.

The problem is I believe once he gets bought out he goes on the waiver wire, which means any team can bid for him, so anyone can trump what we have to offer and I highly doubt we offer the mini mle unless Arison really wants that 3 peat.
