How awful has this season turned into. Not looking forward to the playoffs like I was last year, theres something really missing from this team. Like theres zero edge to us and our demeanor is terrible as soon as the game gets out of reach. Sorry, zero faith in them, Ill watch because I am a fan, hell or high water, but the disgust is real with me.

Many many years ago when the Arena first opened, I wrote the Heat a letter complaining about a few things.

1) The yellow seats were too bright and highlighted the empty seats
2) The foul line paint was too bright as well, yellow & needed to be black
3) The sound effect volume was too low and needed to be amped up
4) Upper level seating lights were too bright & needed to be turned down to give it a theatre atmosphere.

They replied surprisingly saying they would look into it. Looks like it's time to start writing more letters.
