It's a bit wild that Morris is going to miss like 4-5 games from that hit from Jokic. I get it was a cheap shot and he would have some neck pain, but jeez...

I like that oladipo’s name is coming up as out. Surely that means his close to returning? Otherwise you wouldn’t mention his name at all?

Winning tomorrow night would put us at 9-5 and 2-3 on the west cost road trip. Considering we were without Jimmy and Morris for half of those games, I'll take it. Let's get er' done.

Mod Wilts was born and raised in Adelaide, but has lived in Melbourne the past 15 years.

But yes, I stan Giddey as our Joe Ingles hair apparent. Yes I said hair.

Perth OP was born in Adelaide, raised in country SA, and has never lived in Melbourne. Lived in Perth for the last 17 years.

But close.

And I also am giddy for Giddey

OKC hasn’t been as bad as people were expecting. It took them a few games to figure out how to play, but they’re starting to beat the teams below and pick off the odd quality win.

A large part of this is Giddey’s hair. We need to match that hair at the start of the game, or we risk having to play from behind all night.

You can't match that hair, puppa. You can only hope to contain it.

:noway:

The real guy to watch out for is Shanghai Giannis Alexander, AKA SGA.

He's a great two way scoring point guard (SG?) with length and athleticism. Would love to get him in the future if we could. If Jimmy is no go.. he might wreck us but we should still come out on top.

Here in US people are not built like AU rugby players Wilts :x

Whip rush is no joke though. Getting hit by Jokic like that.. oof

There is levels to retaliation and that was pretty wack.

Let’s be honest, if we took a hit at work and you have the opportunity to milk it and rest and still get paid, we are all pouncing at the opportunity

OKC is sneaky good. If Jimmy doesn't play Heat are going to have to go HAM again, and with the lack of depth...don't expect a great result.

As an amateur player I'm pretty sure If they gave me a NBA contract I would 100% do anything possible to play every game I physically can.

Their job is also their hobby. At least for the good players. It's not like they're bored at work and rather stay home and watch TV. The game is the highlight of their day.

If Jimmy is out, we need to put Garret on SGA. He's the best defender on the team. And containing SGA is the key to stop them from play free offense.

Also need to make our 3's, like every road game on current NBA - you won't win without hitting the '3s.

Sweep this week and we’re the 1st seed again and last weeks awful week is forgotten. Tonight and Wednesday vs the Pelicans “should” be blowouts. Then destroy those early season fluke Wizards Thursday and Saturday!!
