Yeah, this type of production would make us unstoppable - irrespective of whether it came from the 1, 2 or 4 spot. Plug the gaps around Jimmy/Bam and just try to run up scores while playing hard D.

That aside, I can’t stand Steph. His humble, clean cut persona off court combined with this type of showboating **** on court (that I now see 9, 10, 11 year olds copying all the time) pisses me off. If he was really the persona we get marketed to us he’d be like Ray Allen on-court.
It’s not that far from the early KD marketing. We’re seeing the real KD now, and I actually respect him for that more than I respect Steph for the dog and pony show.
We all knew Mike was an ****, but he was the greatest player on the planet because of his combination of skill, physical attributes and personality. That’s why we all wanted to be like Mike, and we got players like Kobe.

All four teams left are super beatable. That’s what makes this year so interesting.

I can’t remember the last time we had four teams in the CFs that al could legitimately win the chip, and not be reliant on match-up to do so.

oreon wrote:According to Lavar ball, Lavine is a goner. He'd be a nice target via S&T. He's exactly what he need, a 2nd explosive perimter scorer who can get to the rim. And he'd be cheap since he's a FA, likely a package of Herro and a pick. Only major concern is his injuries. I don't have specifics but seems he's like Embiid where he can't last healthy into the playoffs.
The other concern since its a S&T, we would be hardcapped. So to make it work, it might cost Lowry. Personally if medical team approved, I'd do it for Lowry & Herro + protected pick. I'd rather him than Mitchell cuz of his length & size

Snagging LaVine would be awesome, but we’d need to make a follow-up move with Robinson.

Whether we roll with Vincent/Dipo at the 1 or trade for another PG is another question. Robinson might be able to slot into the back-up 2 roll with Herro gone, and actually find his shooting groove again

Steph's an incredible player who's revolutionised the game w/ his 3pt shooting ability/range.....but I too cld do w/out the hotdog'n'.

Imagine that scoring punch on our team. That's all we're missing - then we're legit contenders. I'm extremely proud of our squad coming this far in spite of not having a bonafide contending team. Not to talk too much about the offseason while we're mid-battle, but hope we can add a prolific scorer into the mix.

This hasn't been emphasised enough.....W/ Lebron's p*ssy ass out of the picture, Superteams are out & Competitiveness is back in the NBA. It's an even playing field w/ parity back in the league. It's great to see.

It was awesome watching the Warriors come back from so much down. And I don’t have any issues with Curry’s on court celebrations. Every star does it.

But the effort to get back in the game was the most inspiring part. I think that was the worst part of our loss. Not that we actually lost but that we never made a concerted effort and run to get back in the game. Not even having that kind of spirit at home is extremely concerning. On top of that we gave the Celtics a possibly insurmountable amount of confidence. They feel like world leaders right now, and that we shouldn’t even be in the same gym as them. Let’s hope we give them a rude awakening tonight.

Solid pickup imo that could start and provide shooting and shot blocking or come off the bench behind bam.

The way I see it:

If we turn undrafted prospects into decent players, how great can we make him?

True but he wants to get paid. He won’t sign no cheap 3 year deal to get paid sometime in the future.

That reminds me, what do we do with Victor Oladipo, he’s up to get paid. He’s still rusty but has a way to get to rim. MLE will be near 10 mil.

I dont have any issues with the celebrations either.. these fools trying to bring the unwritten baseball rules into basketball.. never in its history has basketball had unwritten rules like that.. even Larry used to brag in everyones faces.

My girlfriend is a Mavs fan so smacking them in the finals would be even more fun but it’s not looking so good lol. Especially after they choked away game 2
