We need to rid our selfs of the monster that is Jason Williams. The guy just seems to play like he does not care and it is killing us. The most inportant player on the Court is your PG. The Pg is the one that controls your tempo and makes you run.Look at all the great PG in the league they all have good teams.Look at Derrick Rose,The guy is not puting up huge numbers but yet he has his team winning games. Jason williams is problem number 1.

just bench them already, jesus christ, we have 10 goddamn wins who cares what happens. Play Banks & CQ, cut Smush, sign some D League type, recall Anthony & DQ, cut Wade's minutes to 25 a game. Let Spoelstra run some games while Pat sits on the bench, like what Nellie did for Avery Johnson.
