Spo's been horrible too, maybe they are saying that to him with their play. UD should do that though.

I do wonder if they're trying to piss Oladipo off enough for him to not opt in and go elsewhere.

Oladipo is washed. He's not the same player he once was. He'd be doing Heat a favor if he opted out. And frankly I don't see any other team offering him 10 mil based on this year performance.
It was a good gamble to see if he could get back to his old self but it just hasn't worked out, like a couple other decisions the FO made

I get that but why he's still under contract play him, he's a better player than Vincent. Oladipo's issue is that he hasn't played much high level basketball for the past 4-5 years and it shows with some of his reads.

It's debatable. And atleast Gabe is available. Part of Dipo problem is he can't stay health. Team is already struggling, I can see why Spo isn't going to give minutes to a dude who he can't count on to be healthy. It's hard to build chemistry with someone who is in and out of lineup.
I see no issue with Dipo getting benched aside making it harder to move contract. This current Dipo isn't making much of a difference on a team that's struggled all season.

crazy how heat org are even thinkin playoffs... we should be thinkin offseason and how we are going to turn this franchise around for the foreseable future... make some trades, get jim/herro outta here for picks, build a team around bam and draft a young stud like scoot henderson.... make a new coach would not hurt either... i just dont think players enjoy playing for spo...

The only way they aren’t in the play in tourney is if the Knicks or nets bail them out which isn’t likely because they’re both far better overall teams. This team has had countless chances to capitalize and continues to fumble them over and over again. This team is what it is, they do not deserve anything more than the play in and if we’re lucky they’ll lose out and get the best possible pick. Moving Love to the starting lineup (replacing an elite starting 5) instead of using him to try to help bolster a heavily struggling bench has been the death of this team and they’ve forgotten how to play defense ever since.

some remedies
