Spo needs to STFU and win some games.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Maybe he starts doing actual subs from next game. Those 5 man subs of Ware and nobody that will be playing aren't exactly achieving anything

lmao, what bs, throw Bam out there with the best ball handler being Jahmir Young and let me see a +20.

The bench hit 2 3s and that was Ware.

I have no problem being hard on the dude, but be realistic.

i hope spo doesnt end up giving precious all of Wares minutes because of this. let them play together so Ware can learn how to hustle and show urgency

I think there should be enough minutes for all of them to play. Jovic should also be splitting some of his minutes at small forward. If the Heat truly want to be a high pace running team, Spo has to expand the rotation to at least 10-11 players instead 9-10 players.

Bam and Achiuwa zero 3 point attempts. Both have to be taking 3 point attempts before the season starts.

thats true. the 2 teams that made the finals used a deep bench and spread minutes around so guys can keep up the pace without being burnt out.i liked huw dru looked and i know Mitchell will push the pace

TONS of Giannis speculation coming out today, everything looks like he’s gearing up to be out of there

That's exactly what I saw. There was hardly any movement by Ware on the defensive end. Ware is well behind Bam Adebayo defensively in terms of defensive BBIQ and effort as second year players.

It’s the same issues that keep coming up with him, he better get his ish together. Looks like the fans are siding with him over Spo for whatever reason but I’d say Spo has a pretty good grasp on what he’s seeing from Ware daily, not just during last game. There’s a reason he’s seemingly lost his starting job

Ware can impact the game alone with his physical stature on defense. I know that he is not as long as Rudy, but he is long enough for shot altering contests with a couple of blocks.

Here is a nice video on how Rudy is able to impact the game on the defensive end.

If Ware becomes capable of a higher level of defense, that will open up fast breaks. The offense looks much better with transition scores.

Home Dipo! That fall at 1:08 made me nervous for a second. Good for him still refusing to give up and fighting his way back once again, I hope someone gives him another chance to stay on the court.

Realistically, how many first round picks do we have in the kitty if Giannis does actually become available?

E.g. does a trade of Giannis and Portis for:

Tyler Herro
Kel'el Ware
Jaime Jaquez Jr
Terry Rozier (expiring)
Simone Fontecchio (expiring)
3 x FRP's and swaps

Get you Giannis?

Mitchell / Smith
Powell / Larsson
Wiggins / Vet Min Signing
Giannis / Jovic
Adebayo / Portis

Bucks then move into full rebuild mode, but do so with Herro extended (home town kid), cost controlled talent in Ware and Jaquez, and some expiring money and a bunch of picks. Could then on sell guys like Turner to a contender for more picks.

Spo loves to play cute with implementing his silly mind games sometimes. Just start the kid let him work and play his mistakes and pains. Bam has vocally stated his desire to play the 4 and he genuinely plays more reserved and free knowing he has another big next to him.

Ware has lengths to go as a man to man defender but his mere presence is undeniable. The 7ft athletic help defense/ lob threat impacts the game seamlessly. Start and play em, let him grow through the pains. I dont exactly see a finals berth this season to be so meticulous in leashing a young learning talent in Ware.

I guess im in the minority but i agree with spo about Ware.

That is not a +/- thing.

There are lots of players in this league that get numbers on the front end, or a sprint in the middle, or at the end of games.. a great player impact is felt all 4 quarters.

We got too many players that impact a game part of the time and then disappear.. and then theyre being coddled by the fans with “he scored 24 he was hardly the problem” uh 12 of those points came in the first quarter.. he didnt do much the rest of the way.
