Yeah. LBJ's commitment (or lack thereof, we are assuming), while it may be a problem, players want to know how much Wade/Bosh will settle on. My biggest fear is that by the time this stuff is agreed upon LeBron will be out the door.

BUT

You would think that before they left on vacation, they would have agreed on numbers in principle, no? Wade and Bosh are smarter than that. I doubt they would leave Riley with nothing to work with.

What if Wade and Bosh just go the Lebron route.... and ask for max contracts too.

If Lebron doesn't want to take less to get more players, then why should they? And they'd be completely right to think that way. Lebron asking for max and then wanting roster improvements is not a brotherly thing to do to Wade and Bosh.

No I am starting to get the feeling it's all on Bosh and Wade. Riley is going to come back to them and say well I got Gasol for X amount of Dollar range and Deng for X amount of Dollar range will you guys go down so we can sign them?

Then it would be

Bosh
Wade
Gasol
Lebron
Deng
Haslem
Allen
Napier
Cole
Ennis
Hamilton/Oden

Just look at what some of our fans have said about him recently and he hasn't even left.

Its all fanbases not just Cleveland

Cleveland had been to the Finals 1 time in 7 years, 0 championships, and their roster was a complete mess.

Miami has been to 4 straight Finals in 4 seasons, 2 championships, and our roster is ready to be re-tooled.

Lebron gets a pass for running from Cleveland as they are an incompetent organization.... but being unsure of Miami is the most ridiculous free agency decision I've ever seen.

We met and nothing came out on twitter! Must mean it didn't happen!!!

Back to my positive hour!!

Discounted! U mad? Riley got em again! Your GM goes to meet with our players, our players go on vacation so they cant meet your GM! Your players work on there game, our player goes to juice stop! You offer A coach! We offer a state of the art robot!

State of the art robot LOL! My sides .

And yeah, had a feeling Deng would be looking for that $$$. I doubt commitments from Wade and Bosh would change it that much. I doubt we can free up that salary space for him.

Bosh can get a max contract somewhere else.

I don't know if Wade can though because of his knees.

I also think they can give Deng a longer contract and spread the money over time, also don't forget that new CBA is coming up as well so he may be looking for a longer contract.

That's your obviously biased position.

The other side of the coin is we did all that winning and our fans are still willing to turn on him before he even left. Those same fans will completely change their tune when he comes back.

Not to sound cocky but the whole situation is just very odd. With the way the organization is built and with the growth of maturity shown in the past 4 seasons, I can't see Riley and the franchise being left out and being in the dark. That's my main theory on everything and that other fa discussions are private. Just some faith on my end but I wouldn't call it blind because I believe the big 3 and co are in sync with management and coaching. Also the Lebron to Cleveland thing I hate, a bunch of young talent is supposed to get you revenge on the spurs or beat okc? No way. The revenge tour from that embarrassment starts in Miami.

Disagree.

- Going to the Finals FOUR straight years has only been done by 3 teams in NBA history.
- The Miami Heat are the first Eastern Conference team to go back-to-back since Michael Jordan's Bulls
- The Miami Heat own the longest win streak in NBA history at 27 in the modern era (post-merger)

How exactly is that a biased position. The Heat have been the NBA's best, most successful franchise for the past 10 years, and this is a fact.

To be unsure of THIS situation is completely ridiculous on Lebrons behalf. We can give him a pass for Cleveland because we all know they suck and they weren't winning jack.

I know that dude I'm just saying that would have been something that Lebrom would be more attracted to had they got that done.

so Hawes to the Clips for 5.7 per year...

whoa.. damnit

ok i am Getting really nervous today...

Deng will likley be to expensive... Gasol likley cant decide where he wants to go... and we already lost out on Lowry,Gortat,Thabo etc..

and Boshs agent tells Teams kinda "keep a max roster spot open my client might be available"

sry but i cant help but be nervous...

we wont get both Deng and Gasol.. maybe!!!!! one of them... and i have to be honest.. i dont know if the Addition of Shabazz Napier and Pau Gasol will be enough to get Lebron back..

we are stuck right now... Lebron wants to wait who Riley can sign... but Riley cant sign anyone until Lebron has signed... because almost no one wants to come as long as Lebron could be gone...

I will not believe that Lebron would go back to Cleveland after the over reaction by the Cavs fans and owner until it actually happens. If he does, and this is just in my opinion, then he has no pride. I remember what they were doing in Cleveland after he left. It was a huge over reaction and pretty disgraceful as well. I really hope if that he does leave here that we won't react in such a disgraceful way as the people of Ohio did.

HeatDaChamps wrote:DId we strike out on gasol, whatever happened with that?

I don't think he wants to sign with a team until he knows that Anthony isn't going to LA. He might also follow him to New York due to Jackson being there. If we really want Pau Gasol we are either going to need to over pay him or hope that Anthony signs with any other team besides those two. Even then who knows.

I was on twitter, facebook and instagram just a little while ago. One of my facebook friends made a status about LeBron. Then someone else commented on his status saying that he knows for sure that LeBron is coming back to Miami. I asked him, "how do you know?". He said just follow the signs... they're everywhere its just hidden. Start with instagram and it will lead you to where you need to go.

I went on instagram and found something strange. Another friend who has close ties to LeBron said "Dont believe the hype" with a LeBron Heat jersey. I commented on the pic, "How do you know?". He said its all media BS...just do the research and you'll see LeBron is staying. He told me to look for the small clues on twitter.

I go on Twitter and I see someone saying "LeBron's not leaving, lol...Got it from the same sources as most". So I tweeted him "How do you know? He then sent me a link. I went to the link and it was my original friend's facebook status of "People can make up anything now days and others will take it as a fact" I saw the comment "LeBron's coming back to Miami"
