It was more about a Miami Heat writer laughing at it without understanding why Miami would do something like that.
LeBron tried to get Butler to try to force his way to Cleveland but Kyrie talked him out of pushing for that.
Another thing probably not remembered, when Kyrie wanted out of Cleveland, he listed Miami with Butler there as one of his 5 preferred destinations.

I just don’t see the nets trading away Kyrie after he signed with them as a free agent last year. Also, I really don’t think Kyrie wants to be here, I think he was interested in behind traded to Miami during his Cavs day but always had the intentions of signing with a NY team when he hit free agency

What we need to do is stop thinking we need to get involved with every name that gets mentioned. Richardson is a quality two way player, Thybulle is one of the better perimeter defenders in the league on a rookie deal, and on top of that multiple picks for a guy that hasnt proven to impact winning. Horrible offer thats probably just a rumor.
