Also I doubt we'd just be absorbing Irving's 30mil contract into our space since our outgoing contracts are only worth 3mil in that deal.

It was more about a Miami Heat writer laughing at it without understanding why Miami would do something like that.

LeBron tried to get Butler to try to force his way to Cleveland but Kyrie talked him out of pushing for that.

Another thing probably not remembered, when Kyrie wanted out of Cleveland, he listed Miami with Butler there as one of his 4 preferred destinations.

Come on Bish you can't just trade your franchise guy like that. We already made the Finals and Bam is on the come up. Gotta ride with him regardless of my love for James.

I just don’t see the nets trading away Kyrie after he signed with them as a free agent last year. Also, I really don’t think Kyrie wants to be here, I think he was interested in behind traded to Miami during his Cavs day but always had the intentions of signing with a NY team when he hit free agency

I wonder what the cap possibilities would be in terms of getting a new big to replace Bam. If we'd be able to sign say Ibaka and Noel then I might be inclined to do the deal

F - Ibaka
F - DRob
C - Noel
G - Harden
G - Yimmy

Rounding out the bench would take some work but that's a pretty impressive starting 5

1. The post was to show how much the person didn't understand the context of that fake trade and why there is some sanity in it.
2. Kyrie listed Miami trying to get out of Cleveland but he also listed Minnesota because of Butler, I would expect with Butler now in Miami he'd have very little issues with being moved to Miami.

That's a lowball trade for LaVine.

Richardson has 1 year left then can opt out.
Thybulle is ok.. nowhere near LaVine's value.
Z.Smith hasn't done anything at this point in the NBA.

If that's anywhere close to being able to acquire LaVine then Miami needs to talk to Chicago about a trade.

Riley must be working on something, I doubt he would let Philly, Nets, Bucks, Lakers improve big time and just stay on the sideline..Looks like Giannis signs super max extension after Milwauky went hard to get Jrue and Bogdanovic.

What are the options ? No need to wait with giannis, lebron, AD, and prob kawi out of the possibilities.. Butler window is tightening...make a trade now, we already let Paul, Harden, Holyday pass by...Really hope Galinari is not our whale, this is ryan anderson 2.0 no defense injury prone oldy who want a multi year contract lol... Really ?

No risk getting Oladipo on the cheap, he would improve this team. Get a good big man like Ibaka, even Lopez, Heat are so weak after Bam.

Yea', I realize that's why that trade won't go down. Part of me wants to get Jimmy a ring before he's rusty, but that in relation to Bam's development is anachronistic

Getting a top 5 player in the next few yrs without touching Bam or Butler should be some task

What we need to do is stop thinking we need to get involved with every name that gets mentioned. Richardson is a quality two way player, Thybulle is one of the better perimeter defenders in the league on a rookie deal, and on top of that multiple picks for a guy that hasnt proven to impact winning. Horrible offer thats probably just a rumor.

You said that was an overpayment, I said it was a lowball offer.
Richardson will be a free agent next offseason, he's a 1 year rental, he can go anywhere he wants next offseason.
The other 2 players in the possible fake offer haven't really contributed much.

LaVine just dropped 26 points a game last year, I just mentioned a few days ago about going after him for way less than going after Beal and giving up the farm for him. He's probably the cheapest guy you'll be able to acquire who can give you 25 ppg.

If both are in the open market, I'd rather overpay LaVine to keep him instead of Richardson. Josh may just end up coming back to Miami as a FA.

Bucks makes 2 trades & Heat fans lose their mf minds. Runnin' 'round like we now have vry limited options so we throw the farm @ the nxt best star? Nothing changed apart from Holiday no longer available & were even looking @ Bogdan (or Harden)?? We're the East champs - We have Riles working behind the scenes. We're yet to even make a move, it doesn't mean we're not going to make any. Chill & trust our org will make the best possible moves.

If you're going to flip the f out @ the very least flip out in 4 weeks time, if there's anything to even flip out about
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Or I've seen and heard LaVine is possibly available already, just hadn't seen some offers yet and like I said, I mentioned going after him a few days ago.

I get it, there should be no interest for a guy who's averaged over 25 ppg his last 2 seasons and is only 25. Plus I keep hearing about him having a strong work ethic, just possibly not towards defense at this point in his career.
