Signing someone like Bamba to beef up the front court and preserve Pj for the playoffs and then flipping Herro/Duncan/Yurt and picks for a Mitchell/Beal/Lavine is the way imo. Someone we know that can give us an efficient 25-30 a night when the playoffs come around and can just single handedly will us to a win. Mitchell’s age fits perfect with Bam and he’s had some great playoff runs.
Lavine and Beal a little older than Mitchell but may cost less, especially Lavine who apparently is done with CHicago. We can’t rely on Herro to be that guy and I’m not waiting another year to see if he can change it, especially if we don’t win it all this season. His max contract is looming and that’ll be terrible
Mitchell/Lavine/Beal won't be coming here.
Mitchell will get outbid. He will cost the equivalent to Bam & Herro.
Lavine has no relationship with anyone here. I would like him though.
Beal is not someone we want anymore. He costs far too much for what he offers.
