Stuff along those lines. Typical answer in normal context but in this current one seemed like he leaned a lot into actually getting along and wanting to play together/be around each other.

jimmy never seemed like a leader to me even before he came here. always acted like an outsider and underdog with that chip on his shoulder til he came here then took on that defacto role but this org was always well managed with leadership. the first year he was close with Herro then u can see that simmered down and even with bam in the interview where he was joking with jimmy and he shrugged him off like "not now". this is why the importance of needing that hard nosed vet like Iggy,Crowder, or Pj was necessary to shyt talk and call jimmy out. only one close to that is Love but he is doing the passive aggressive trolling on IG and twitter

Didn’t expect the subtle shot from Herro too. It is definitely a big show of leadership that he will stand with his guys, but I do wish he would’ve just stayed away from it. Let the org and maybe Spo deal with it and just focus on basketball. It was only just a couple weeks ago that Jimmy was showing support for Tyler during that Rockets game scuffle though. I wonder what changed. I can only think Jimmy said something that rubbed the guys the wrong way, so they’re encircling themselves as a group.

Has Bam said anything? He’s the one that Jimmy supposedly doesn’t like based on other reports. And he’s the team captain too. That would really solidify it.

If he continues to play well, I'd assume somewhere from $15M per year to as much as $20M. If Miami extends him in that range, I'm confident it'll be a bargain for the life of the contract.

Health can be a swing factor, as he's often had injury issues in his career so far.

I don't think they are shots at Jimmy tbh. They say the same kind of thing when a guy is injured and out. Next man up. We got enough. Etc. it's just the mentality of the team. They focus on who is available and rally together. Not mope about who isn't there regardless of the reason.

Crazy how he got overhyped largely bc of aesthetics and huge hands.

He can still be a fine player but I don't see a lead guard future. Hard to be a good fit for any decent team if what you do most functionally requires you to have the ball in your hands but you aren't good enough to warrant that type of usage. He's probably pretty sunk without a decent 3 ball tbh. Still very young tho.
