How is Bam getting points on the offensive end when Ware is on the floor with him together?
Ware is now the rim rolling big, what does Bam do?

Seems like Bam should go the Draymond Green rout - focus on defense, passing, hitting wide open 3's, get to the line.
Honestly very disappointing with his struggles, but he's just not that good as an offensive player. it is what it is.
With Ware looking like a stud, Spo's biggest challenge going forward is simple -
Spo needs to make the Bam/Ware pairing work - and find 2 starters that fit around the Ware/Bam/Herro trio.

But with him making progress every year expectations were probably too high. Personally, I felt like he will continue to grow as a Giannis-lite as he usually has speed and agility advantage over other centers and is quite athletic so he will take guys off the dribble etc. But instead he is trying to be Bosh. Or maybe it was a team decision idk. Either way I feel like he is stuck right now. And I'm not too sure it worth having someone like that on a Heat roster for the next few years especially for the price. If Heat can get a few 1st rd picks for him he is absolutely worth trading. Last summer could have been a perfect time to trade him to someone like OKC where he can be a missing piece if not for trade restrictions cause of his contract.

Fans aren’t always right or know what’s best for the front office I’d say most of the time. However a large contingent of Heat fans seemingly read the room better than management when they said to trade Jimmy a few years back. I believe we have reached the same point with Bam. He’s got value right now he’s just entering him prime. Get a haul of picks now. Learn from the past mistakes of holding onto players too long where their value completely spoils

I agree. And it also slightly different situation rn. I mean few years ago Heat had kinda a contender, so it still made sense to hold onto players. Or at least it was arguable. Not so much anymore as this roster clearly not contending. So it makes even more sense to trade Bam.
