My issue with Duncan Robinson is that the green light spo gave him was too bright.

Those off balanced threes, the attempts he would make where he would try to create his own shot for a 3.. dude youre NOT that guy.

You are a better player as a catch and shoot guy when youre setup right. He did not know his role. Mike Miller knew his role. And though duncan is considered a better three point shooter than Mike, Duncan’s craziness would kill our offensive flow, those bad shots lead to long rebounds and fastbreaks.

I never felt like Mike killed our offense, he did his part and it was never that he shot us out of the game or his terrible shot lead to 2 points the other way..

Duncan did that to us too many times.

So its time to move on, we have to clean up our offense and we have found duncan, strus, ellington, posey, james jones etc too many times.

My guy do you ever get tired of your own sht? No I’m a narcissistic piece of **** I see you've been repeating the same words again and again and again. Don't you really got anything better to do than being on the boards 24/7? I get so much done every day of my life tbh, it’s why I can come here to post and discuss a bunch of moves and such to improve the team that will never happen. As I type this out I’m just printing money because of the things I had “better to than being on the boards 24/7.” About to head out to the pool with my beautiful wife and 2 month old daughter who we just had a blast trying on all her swimsuits and pool hats (she hated it but it was funny) and I’d say I’ll probably throw something on the grill and drink a few beers. My time is occupied pretty well, it only takes 10 seconds to hop on here and clown you all for the stupid **** you say

Agreed, but I like the trade today despite losing Jonnu. They got much better cap flexibility and draft picks out of guys who want to leave. I'm not worried about TE as much because the offense largely depends on Tua's health and O-line. If both things pan out, they'll be a good offense regardless of the TE room (they'll sign a TE in FA). It's the CB room that may derail the whole season, even if every other aspect of the defense is solid. It's that bad. Just so many questions to answer, which are usually not great signs.

Why would Pistons want to sign and trade Duncan? Aren’t they under the cap and can just sign him outright?

Maybe to preserve their space? The problem is, I can't see what we'd want from them that they'd be willing to give.

I'd be ok with THJ on a 2-year deal a bit under what Robinson would get. So if we assume Robinson gets 3-years, $30M, maybe we could get THJ for 2-years $14M.

Gets us off Wiggins deal but might have more moving parts. Rozier is also off the team and gets bought out by the Wiz.

I don't see this deal happening, but maybe as 3-team deal with the Lakers like this:

Miami gets Smart, Olynyk, and Knecht

Wiz get Rui and Vincent

Lakes get Wiggins and K Anderson


It may need some tweaks to work cap-wise, but it should be close.
