I liked him in preseason Rex. I felt like we should’ve given him the two way spot over Marcus Garrett.

whoever wanted Isaiah Hartenstein, he's looked pretty goos for the Clippers so far
not sure how we could have used him in the rotation though. situational big?

I wouldn't get to worry about the ups and downs of the offense. Spo works on the offense last and it develops through the season with different wrinkles. You have to give it till at least new years before the identity of the offense is set.

I was just looking at available free agents...and I think we should look to sign Jeff Teague. He's only 33 still, can hit the 3 and do some playmaking. We really need to upgrade the backup PG spot with a veteran ball handler instead of Vincent. His stats from last season in 55 games with 7 starts for the Celtics and Bucks:
17.3 MIN / 6.7 PPG / 1.6 REB / 2.4 AST / 0.6 STL / 1.2 TO on 43.3 FG% / 43.9 3PT% / 84.8 FT%

Ya he didn't look good when i saw him play a bit last year but looking at the numbers he actually must still be decent. That 3pt % is damn good and with a 2 to 1 assist to turnover ratio, way better then Vincent I'm sure.

Yeah that's an upgrade.
Curious about Victor though. What's the status on his injury?

herro is still a kid , we need more scorers, PJ is not a starter in any good team, we need size... last night was not spo fault, it was a good game, but let's face it the Lakers took it easy on us

Not too sure about this team, 2 main rotation players(Duncan, Herro) or horrible defenders and are the reason Monk went off last night, luckily he missed 2 wide open 3s with Herro and Duncan on him(actually he got wide open and missed with them defending) or he would have had 30+ off the bench. Duncan and Herro both also escorted Monk to the front of the rim for a couple of 2-5 foot shots.

Miami scored fine with Lowry and Robinson missing 18 of 23 3s, at some point more of those shots should go in, the issue was defense most of the game. Miami scored 112 point in 4 quarters last night, the issue was the defense on the guards. Westbrook, Monk, Bradley and Ellington had great games because of some poor defense. 2 of Miami's main rotation players are horrible defenders (Robinson, Herro).
BTW, here's one of Monk's 3 misses last night.
Spoiler:
Here's Westbrook driving past Herro late, Bam having to cover AD rolling to the basket and Robinson coming to help(not sure he'd do anything but foul Westbrook going past him) leaving Monk with another open 3 opportunity (that Monk made).
Spoiler:
Here's Monk's FGAs.
If Oladipo comes back healthy, his defense with even average offense will make a huge difference on this team.

Man, I wanted Hartenstein since the draft. I always said he should have been out 2nd round pick that year.
I had him, OG, Semi & Giles as my late 1st-early 2nd round targets. But I also thought anyone wasting a 1st on John Collins would regret that decision before the end of his rookie deal

It can't be ignored that this slump started when the media started slobbering all over this team and calling us contenders. That's a bad sign. It means that these "dogs" loose their hunger with just a little praise. Spo needs to get this team focused again.

The problem is you only "scored fine" because Herro gave you damn near 30

Duncan is shooting 31% on open 3s this season (defender 4-6 feet away)
He shot 41% on those same shots last season
47% on those same shots 2 seasons ago
