Hell might be the best win of the season to me lol. Bench actually showed up for once, Tyler balled out, Jimmy sat out, Bam had a rough offensive night and we still pulled out a road W lol.

Lotta athletes vouch for staying away from dairy. I would struggle with that. I always had my protein shakes with milk after workouts. I never messed around with some of that other stuff that caused the zits to pop up though.

What you need is raw milk. Find yourself a dairy farmer and buy straight raw milk. All the problems that come with store bought milk will stop. My son has a dairy allergy, among others, and he can drink raw milk and eat raw cheese without a problem.
