Empty stats. Meyers would average 30 on that miserable team just the same. Let me know when someone here is actually right about something lol

He is. Especially with knowing how much he had already declined when we first signed him. Giving Jimmy the keys to make that decision for us was a major blunder on all accounts

Heat need insurance at the guard spot in case Lowry's knee gives out again. Vic and Herro are both very fragile. Barton or Bev should be guys we look at to round out the roster

If this is true, it’s probably because RW wants to start and with the heat he’d be a terrible fit with Jimmy and Bam. Only way he ends up here is if he agrees to come off the bench and I don’t think he is.

If one doesn’t think Lowry being on the team is the reason Westbrook would not be inclined to come, then said person is being naive. It doesn’t need to be fact to see there is likely a truth behind it. Any casual Heat fan can make that connection that the biggest obstacle to bringing in Westbrook, is the Lowry situation. Doubt Heat front office pulls the plug on the Lowry experiment, thus won’t tell Lowry to shut it down, nor will they promise Westbrook what he wants in a role. Vincent’s advanced stats with the team are good enough too, so pulling him from the rotation is also not something the front office will do.

So, to reiterate it again, it doesn’t need to be fact to see the sliver of truth in its reality, regardless if confirmed by the Heat or not. Lowry is as much part of the problem as is the fit situation you mentioned. Both combined are likely the reason it may not happen. I still hold out hope that Riley and Spo can find a way to make it work. My solution is to cut out Lowry from the rotation, but that is likely far from the reality of what the Heat are willing to do.
