Impressed with our defense. Even our bad defenders started defending better. Offense will come around, but I like what I'm seeing on that end this far.

Hiding Herro on defense is so far working. Spo is a genius but I'm worried when Rozier comes back, zone defense wont look good like this when Tyler and Terry playing together.

Great half. Team is showing the defensive grit that got them to finals last playoffs. The offense on the other hand is asssss. Some ugly ass basketball.
But all that matters is a win that could boost their confidence. Its pretty clear they are missing confidence offensively. Last season if a shot was a tiny bit open they'd shoot it without hesitation. They need to go back to that. If the the shots dont fall, they don't fall but we cant play so tentatively on offense like we are at the moment

All we can do is make the game ugly and grind teams out. If we're always in striking distance by the 4th Q, we have a chance. Jimmy can always turn it up and get key scores and FTs in big moments. That's essentially what we did last year in the playoffs. It always catches up to us eventually against an elite team but it's always enough to make those good teams sweat and have to play really hard.
