Ware's shoulders look so high up/broad (whats the right word lol) in this interview. He has a lot of room to pack in some weight.

Yeah he needs to be coached up on technique and fundamentals. He also need to work on his passing. But that is because he is very raw. But raw natural talent that he has put up stats.

Pullin is the best pure PG out there for the Heat, no doubt. But he can hit 3s, and should take some.
