Norman & Davion were strong
JJJ was pleasant surprise.
Bam & Jovic were bleh.
Wiggins was largely bleh.
Fonteccio was solid offensively... but naturally a train wreck on defense.
Herro was missed late.

Team competed though....and this season, that's all I give a damn about.

Rebounds is what killed this Heat team tonight. Clear as day. Midget ball vs a tall team.

we got a half decade of being able to copy and paste that....

I will say...I think that Powell/Mitchell back court out play their salary impact...

Very impactful.

A combined +14 tonight.

Just a suggestion but against massive size I would play Ware next to Bam quite a bit, especially if you’re going to have Bam defending at the top of the key while our 6’2 guys are fighting for boards against centers. Common sense ain’t so common

Team didn't look half bad. It's nice to have a pure scorer like Powell.

Would be cool if we could parlay Herro, Rozier and empty the coffer of picks we have for a true superstar. Team is pretty much set up for that scenario.

Those threes made were not the norm. Maybe with Herro.

And Ware is your mismatch. Theres few 7 footers with that type of mobility and verticality. Use it. Dudes got touch too. Use him!

Ware held his ground quite nicely, from what I saw.

SPO (edit) was visibly upset at Ware a couple times. I know Ware can lack effort, but is it as bad as Spo makes it seem?

His lack of evolution in his style of coaching boggles the mind. It's always about everyone not his dog house getting a measure of equal playing time even when the game doesn't call for it.

I missed the first half, but everyone in this thread was saying Spo sat Norman even after he had it rolling shooting the ball...and in the 4th up 7 he prematurely axed the lineup that got us there & put Jovic in (who was bad all night).

Thats why the continued KD snub is annoying. You add a legit anytime/anywhere scorer to this group and youre set.

14 minutes for Ware is just ridiculous especially for this matchup.
