Y'all got me all wrong. I used to listen to a ton of hip-hop back in the 90's-early 2000's, which, imo, was the "golden age" of hip-hop. As you age though, your tastes in music change. I had people tell me this when I was a young buck, and I thought they were bullchitting me, but it turns out they were right. Plus, the stuff that rappers talk about in their lyrics has no relevance to me at this point in my life. Listening to someone talk about bustin' guns, smokin' buds, and how many bitches they phuck seemed cool in my 20's, but I'm a 41 year old man.

As proof of my "hip-hop past", what y'all know about that "Shell Shocked" by Mac?, one of the few non-lame No Limit releases.
