I’ll tell you this, there wasn’t a single high level scorer with a questionable future on his current team that watched this run and didn’t think “damn…..if I was on the Heat we’d win the championship”

He’s boy with Jimmy and Bam, they’d make it work. Or do we not trust the Heat Culture we’ve built and the overall impact it has? Kyrie knows what he’s getting himself in to if he comes here.

They said the same stuff about Jimmy

Jimmy and Kyrie were not the same lol. Jimmy was said to be a bad teammate bc he was overly competitive. Kyrie is a fkn weirdo that lives in his own fantasy world, population 1. So no, I don't trust the Heat Culture or ANY culture to keep Kyrie in line. Absolutely do not want any part of him. Thankfully, the Heat are listed in the 'field' for the Kyrie odds...

Feel like the clippers will try to get one of these PGs that are flying around but will ultimately strike and a resign him. He’s definitely balled out for them when he got there, especially in the playoffs.

Lakers and LeBron were a horrible fit for him clearly

Well they’ve already tried to get him so they could definitely circle back. Shocked to see we’re not listed on his odds since it seems like every big name player that becomes available we’re the favorite or close to the favorite for.

Regardless, I prefer Dame 10 times out of 10. Getting him has been my dream scenario for years now next to Jimmy and Bam and they just so happen to be my 3 favorite players in the league

Reverse the order (if in order) and I agree with this. All are potentially available this summer. I want no holes in this roster next season. No excuses for the players, coaching staff, or FO next year barring some unfortunate injury luck

Come on Portland, you’re really going to waste 15 years of a talent like this to go along with your already promising young core to unsuccessfully try and build a contender over the next 2-3 years?

Dang. He looks good. Wonder what his wingspan is? Him and Sharpe...not bad.

I’m seeing a 6’9 wingspan

Brandon Miller does look a lot like Paul George. Hornets making the right call here going with Miller at 2. He fills a massive need at the SF spot for them and gives them some nice building blocks with PJ at the 4 ,Miller at the 3 and Ball running the point. Very much looks like Scoot to Portland at 3 until they can make a trade.

It’s not a comparison. It’s a list with a top 3

If only OKC were in need of a SG. Herro would be a good backcourt partner with Shai. But they have Dort and Giddy. Those guys can play SF but not sure you can have Dort, Giddy and Herro.

We could solve all our cap problems and pick problems if we traded Herro to OKC for cash and 2x FRPs.

OKC have 31mil in cap space and 17 FRPS over the next 7yrs.

We could then possibly get #12 and our own 2025FRP back and would then be able to trade
#12 and #18 in 2023, our 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.

So for Dame we could send a package of Lowry, Robinson and 5FRPs.

In doing so we would also have 2x FRPS in 2023 so we could potentially hold onto our #18 and trade 2023 (#12), 2024, 2026, 2028 and 2030.

Then if we waive and stretch Oladipo our salaries owed would be;

Lillard - 45.6mil
Butler - 45.1mil
Bam - 32.6mil
Martin - 6.3mil
Jovic - 2.3mil
Highsmith - 1.9mil
#18 - 2.7mil

Cap holds
Strus - 1.9mil
Vincent - 3.4mil
Yurt - 2.1mil

Total 150mil (12mil under the luxury tax)

We'd then have access to the MLE 11mil and BAE 4.3mil

Both had a bad image and were known headcases regardless of reasoning, if any organization can get him in line it would be us

Not bad for the team with the smallest front court of the bunch.

Front office just needs to find better offensive pieces that still allow them to execute Spo's defensive system and they will be looking good.

Nobody really talks about it much & is completely underrated but our defense was what kept us competitive. Take away our defense & we may have only gone as far as 2nd round.

We never had a height issue, it's always been talent/scorer we've needed. We've achieved all we have in spite of lack of height. Hell we may even be up after gm5 if we had Playoff Jimmy.

For those scoffing @ a player like Kyrie - we beat Denver w/ his elite skillset. The guy's a bonafide bucket w/ the best handles in the business. Nuggets wld have their hands full w/ Jimmy, Kyrie & Bam.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I just see 3 elite high impact players on the biggest stage.

LeBrons the same size as Bam, Kawhi slightly smaller but a freak in his own right.
