After signing Giannis Antetokounmpo if we want to acquire Jrue Holiday or a different free agent, Miami can offer up to $ 22,983,725 in a sign-and-trade (KZ Okpala + Andre Iguodala). We could even make a trade on draft night or next year's trade deadline. Victor Oladipo is earning $21,000,000 and fits that mold.

Oh it’s on.

Bam and Giannis share an agent don’t they?

Shame that pesky Middleton had to be on Team Giannis too. Time to put on the seedy full court press.

I hope Winslow becomes a great player, it wasn't his fault that we offered those contracts to Dion and JJ.

Our team is better than theirs. No way Giannis chooses 35 year old Kyle Lowry and Siakam over Jimmy, Bam, Herro, Robinson, and DJJ.

Bottom line is we gave up the best player in the deal. 2020 cap space doesn’t mean much when we are planning for 2021 anyway, unless we can get big one year commitments from good players.

Basketball wise, it remains to be seen how much Iggy and Crowder will play. Spo has been going 8-9 deep for a while. It adds healthy reinforcements, but are they actually difference makers?

Winslow was 23 and on a team friendly deal. Yes we got out of the JJ and Dion contracts, but as I said, if we were gunning for 2021 they weren’t really that big of a hindrance at this point.

I would’ve understood it and agreed if the Gallinari deal went through. That makes us materially better, and Winslow is unlikely to reach Gallo’s level realistically. That didn’t eventuate though.

Dunno. Jury is out for mine. Initial impression not thrilled.

Ehh.. Winslow's value was dipping to an all time low, not that he had a lot to begin with but still reputably enough.

Riley needed a bait, Winslow was the bait. I doubt any team would touch JJ/Dion without offering a nice side piece to go along with his meal.

He's looking for cap-space, not much about signing high profile players at the moment. Just enough to get by to land the big whale next year.

Siakam is the only player that is promising on their squad, they got a old ibaka/lowry. We have literally shooters left and right. Imagine how much FREEDOM Giannis can have to space the floor and attack the post at ANYTIME.

Giannis picking Pascal right away is a lil worrisome not gonna lie. Also picked Jimmy n Bam. Imo it has a lil to do with where his mind is at and where he wants to go after Bucks flame out

You knew Giannis was picking Heatles. He's signing here in 2021. Getting a head start.
