Id rather trade Jimmy for Spida, send Duncan along and future pick too. Trio of Herro, Spida, Bam would kill it in todays NBA, thats a young trio you can keep building around on.

Go look at the shot charts that AirP posted the other day.

We are absolutely fine with Tyler. More versatile inside and outside.

He gets more post season experience this year, and if we get an offseason this season like we got after last season we are golden.

the need to figure out what Duncan some filler and a couple of first can do at the 4.

Maybe revisit Christian wood this summer

Heat org ain't giving up that much inc. Herro for Mitchell. Riles work his magic add Strus, Gabe, Dipo, Morris instead to get it done. Bam, Herro, Mitchell combo wld be killer.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Heat are undefeated since Max Strus took the starting job and are on their longest win streak of the season (6 games).

Heat are 14-2 when Max Strus starts.

Imagine our record if strus started all season instead of duncan. Would have had a better record than the suns.

I was thinking about it and I think we could've probably reached 60 wins this season, even with Duncan starting so many games.

But definitely 60 if Strus were starting earlier and Markieff is out of the rotation, as well.

Could have beaten the Nuggets and Suns with Yurt in the lineup

The warriors 73-9 record would have been in jeopardy

Ive been thinking this for a while.

Our weakest link is the PF position - Jimmy and Martin arent natural 4's.

We need to use Duncans contract + sweeteners (Yurt and or picks) to get a real Stretch 4.

Who are the best available options ?

Same list there was at the deadline:
Barnes
Wood
Washington
Harris ( contract)
Maybe Markannen

Barnes remains the best target, as he would fit Spo’s desires and the fans. He’s experienced enough at winning, and after the past few years out of contention may be champing at the bit to contend again.

Jeremi Grant or Christian Wood are the ones who would fit here right away.

Trade seasons over. The thread should be about postseason prospects but i guess if they are to falter in the postseason, especially early, im sure Butler would be the first option to be moved due to age and contract.

Jazz probably won't go for Butler and would do a Herro sign and trade. If Herro disappoints in the postseason it might be an option but let the playoffs happen first.

Lowrys contract is also hefty. If hes a postseason dud he will surely be looked at to move.

Westbrook remains an intriguing expirer.

Wouldn't Duncan be moved for peanuts to a team w space since Herro will be upping the budget as a max? Not sure Heat would take on even more salary. Team would have to come close to the title.

There's only 4 guaranteed games every playoffs series.

Imagine buying tickets for game 5 but the Heat sweep them in 4? Lol
