Wow, Seattle taking Westbrook this early? Seems a bit of a reach to me...

Could Bayless be dropping and Riley pulls it off???@!?!?!@?!?!

Seattle could have traded down if Westbrook was the target imo. I think Love and Gordon(or Bayless) go next

Pfund and the guys got Riley in the room and after 4 hours of electroshock, Riley agreed Beasley was the right pick.

Dont understand that for Seattle. If the Clips wanted to move up and most likely wanted Gordon, why not take whatever they would offer--especially considering it's a 1st rounder next year.

No suprise with the next pick though, Love will probably fit in pretty well in Memphis.

I actually like Westbrook for Seattle he needs some time to develop but their whole team needs some time. If he can become a PG it makes a whole lot of sense, especially since they already have Durant to score the ball.

I hate to be negative..but that interview gave it away that Riley didnt want Beasley because of his maturity and he had to be convinced by Pfund to draft him. I think he should leave the drafting to Pfund and he handles the trades, wthankfully he doesnt have a big enough ego to ignore those around him.

Isn't that pretty much what we do? By those accounts Riley left it up to Pfund and the staff both times.

Gay Love ...lol classic. Any way the Dolphins send Poppinga to run with Gay/Love?

Anyways, I am happy that Beasley is here and even happier when I watched Pat Riley interview. B-Easy is here to stay. Haslem should he outty IMO.

I like Westbrook by the way. He could be the surprise of this draft. He needs a couple of seasons but might end up being the Deron Williams to Chris Paul (Derrick Rose)
