I know this team needs a Center extremely bad, but I want Doron Lamb lol.

Ray Allen got a huge boner when he saw what Mike Miller and Shane Battier did during the finals...
When he saw Bosh hitting 3s he must have said...F*CK BOSTON! I'm taking my talents to South Beach.

Man I really hope this Ray Allen to Miami works out, our roster would be stacked. Get him and maybe Odom, and good draft pick and Miami is much improved.

Ray is salivating at the idea that he'll be raining threes all day long in South Beach. No doubt about it. 8-)

People were saying yesterday that he was considering going back to Boston but I think thats crap. I think hes made his mind up and wants to come to Miami. No reason to go back to Boston on a team that will be going through a huge rebuilding process when he can come to Miami and instantly compete for a Championship.

i want ray allen for the mini-mle and rashard lewis for the vet min or bae. then we can draft a versatile 3 like draymond green or quincy miller. bosh is our full time center now and we have enough bodies on the bench.

How many f'n 2s' and 3's can we have!? (MM, JJ, Bron, Wade, Battier, Harris)

We already are stacked at the 2 and 3. Our 2 best players are at the 2 and 3.

We only need size at C and one consistant scorer off the bench.

Allen, Camby, and a rookie BIG.

Off season over.

mike miller is gone. harris is not a rotation player for us. jones is a specialist that doesn't play every game. and most importantly, battier is now a full time 4. you should read on the recent interview with miami's lead scout, we're rolling with small ball now. he said himself that miami would draft a wing.

and, quite frankly, if you see how battier "defended" melo, granger, pierce and kd... you know it's time for him to slide down to the 4-spot. kd was getting a clean look from midrange with just one hard dribble on battier.

Battier as a full time power forward. Yikes. Sure it worked against Serge Ibaka but would it work against Amar'e, Boozer, Gasol, basically any 4 who can score in the paint?

I want the Heat to draft that Festus guy tonight but I could see him just being another big they don't play.

Hopefully we don't sign Ray right as he plunges off the cliff of decline. That would suck. That would suck worse than the Miller signing.

Sounds like everyone expects us to grab Ezeli, but that's not what that Heat draft guy said. Ezeli isn't small. PEACE.

The one mistake we made was to go all veteran off the bench! As we saw in the playoffs Lebron can make anyone better He learned that @ Cleveland! So the key is a ready to play pick @ 27 and give pt to Pittman, Vanardo and Harris early in the year! I think Chalmers and Cole together are fine @ point and drafting Melo or Ezeli would reduce Lebron and Shane's minutes. Cole gained his confidence back in the finals and could be the difference maker against penetrating point guards! Finally, we need to reduce the jobs that Lebron does! Great team! Back to back!

Come playoffs, its when we want ray allen to perform at his best.

Battier will NOT be the full time PF. That's insane. We would get outrebounded every single game

Not that Hoopsworld is always reliable, but for what it's worth:

What are you hearing about the HEAT’S free agency plans? Do you see any players falling in the draft that may be able to help the HEAT?

Steve Kyler
Ray Allen is all but gift wrapped. Greg Oden is likely headed there. We’ll see what guys take minimum deals for a chance at a chip.

I'm cool with Oden. He won't be ready until january, but I'd take a broken Oden over a fat curry
