Does he have any thoughts on Bosh's reaction to it? He think Bosh will try to come back with another team?

If Winslow hits sophomore slump especially with his subpar shooting, Williams could be starting by mid Jan.
Maybe I'm' deluding myself but I'm seeing a guy that is very athletic but not in great shape. If he gets in Heat shape and works on his 3's every day this summer, he just might be a nice surprise. He's got the tools, he needs to put it together and I think playing fast will help him also

Personally, I think a lineup of Dragic-TJ-Richardson-Winslow-Whiteside is very intriguing.
I would be surprised if that isn't the line up.

I've never wanted to punch someone in the face so badly. Really hoping to run into him at a game one day. I won't hesitate.

According to the latest calculations after next season the new cap will plateau at $102 million. That's almost 10 million less than many executives predicted just a couple of months ago.
The market clearly went crazy this offseason and many teams overspent with the rising cap in mind. But with a significantly lower cap, some of these (if not many) contracts signed will look absolutely horrible. I like Conley, but I don't want to pay him almost a third of my cap in 3 years when he'll be 32. Or Mozgov who'll be getting nearly 20% of the entire cap in his 4th year.
I really like TJ, but I definitely have my doubts about paying him almost $20 million in the last 2 years of his contract.
There will undoubtedly be a lot of buyer's remorse next summer. Let's hope TJ will be able to avoid it.

That's certainly what they'd like the players to think, but it doesn't take into account the necessary change to the amount of BRI that must be returned to the players. Currently their percentage is 44.74%. It should be closer to 50%, if not indeed 50% because - let's face it - the product is the players on the floor. An increase to 50% garners another 11.2% increase to the salary cap. This is not counting the owners' tendency to understate expected earnings almost every year (which is for example how the cap went from 86M to 94M this last year) and new rights sold to logos on jerseys etc etc etc. It's all a dance. They're already negotiating the next CBA so take everything with a grain of salt about future projections until the lockout.

UD4MVP wrote:RexBoyWonder wrote:Q: Will Justise Winslow ever be able to shoot straight? -- Rick.
A: Yes, as long as he keeps hoisting up shots like he did during Thursday's 3-of-17 performance in Thursday's summer-league loss to the Pistons. What he needs, now that he will be counted on for more than hustle and defense, are even more games like this, when he learns what's a good shot, what's not, and then goes to school on the ensuing video. That is why a few more summer-league games wouldn't hurt, and that's why it would be nice to have a Heat coach on hand when Winslow works with the U.S. Select Team during Olympic preparations later this month in Las Vegas. To work out the kinks, you first have to work through them. So shoot, Justise. Shoot a lot. And learn. That's what the offseason is for. That's what it has to be for.
Totally agree with Ira.
Justise needs to simply shoot, and be patience. So should we. It takes time but it will improve.
USA select team should be a very good experience for him though, thank god for Coach K and duke lol

If there's even an ounce of truth to this that would be way too much to give up for Westbrook.
