Move Herro to the bench and let the big 3 play free in the starting lineup

We don't have a big 3. Theres Jimmy and Bam. Rozier is a role player.

We’ll see, if Terrys scoring starts to come along with the other things he’s doing for us he’s going to be seen in a completely different light

I'm not worried about Rozier on the offensive end, he's missing shots he's been making for years, so that will come around. What I am worried about is his defense, then you couple that with Herro's defense and you're going to have a lot of problems unless Richardson starts getting more minutes to help them out.

Think it’s really important before the deadline we get a defensive PG so when the bench comes in it’s easy to stagger both Rozier and Herro. Keep it simple with J Rich and have him just be the primary backup 2. Kris Dunn would be perfect

We were the #1 seed in the year that Herro was the 6th man of the year. Every other year, they've been a bottom to mid seed when he was the starter. They made the Finals without him. I'm not blaming solely Herro but it's clear his poor defense is a huge issue. The team just does historically better when he comes off the bench. That way we can play more effective defense and then have a legit 20+ point scoring threat against other team's benches.

We better not finish the season without a backup PG

We are looking at the 16th pick. Colliers mock stock has dropped.

It will be front office malpractice but this whole front office has been off in roster building since day one of the start of the year. Came into the year with Dru Smith as the only backup who should have been on a two way as the emergency PG.

The spelling is a bit iffy, but we’ll allow it.

I can accept him moving to the bench in favor of a more defensive option maybe even J Rich but please not Duncan. We really need to pay up for Kris Dunn and KO.

Which makes me think we aren’t getting one. They legit thought dru smith was enough. Whats funny is DSJ wanted to come but we only wanted him if we got dame lol idiots

We’ll win at a high level with either if Jrich can play closer to his Sacramento game than tonight. Both allow the stars to be the stars without stealing sky high usage and 19 shots from them

There are so many mitigating factors that go into seeding (strength of the rest of the conference, health, depth and talent, trade acquisitions, etc.) that I am surprised we continue to come back to this point that if we aren’t as high in the standings as we were = it must mean Herro should come off the bench. The year we were the #1 seed we won 53 games, that would have been good for 4th in the East last year. Perhaps it doesnt matter if Herro doesn’t play the first 7 minutes of the game, maybe relative to the strength of the rest of the conference or any one of these other outliers we just havent been as good in the regular season?

Can anyone explain to me why Terry Rozier has to shoot blindfolded? That seems unfair.

Inside the Heat with the two ways has been great. Cole Swider is going to be our next find without a doubt.

Is there a reason why Tyler herro needs to shot 19 times just to get 15 points? I realized that Tyler Herro took the same amount of shots at average last year to avg the same 20 ppg this year. The other thing is that i think Tyler herro needs to bulk up a little bit being 195 at his position is not strong enough to bully his opponent. I had to looked up Devin Boolker weight since Devin Booker is Tyler Herro’s favorite player and Booker weighted at 205 pounds and at that weight it help Booker not to be pushed around too easily. Kobe Bryant was 210. Ray Allen was 205. Adding a couple of weight I think would benefits Herro when tries to drive to the rim

He looks like a child out there at times. He definitely needs to add some weight.

Mind you it wasn’t an issue when he was playing well in November/December. But he (and the team) have been poor in January.
