Exactly. Its not just Miami. Every team that has a young guy that borderline allstar or above average gotta pay him or loose him for nothing. This is why you tank. So you can max players with higher ceilings who tend be at the top of the draft. If we didnt max Bam, he would have walked for nothing and we would be in a worse situation.
