Wall isnt terrible....I just think he's been developed by a horrible organization.

Put him in Boston, LA, San Antonio, Chicago, Miami, etc. etc. He would be a much better player.

Westbook is better now...But I think Wall can end up being better than him quite honestly...well...once he leaves Washington...
