Hamed Haddadi the 7'2 C is available as he was waived by the Phoenix Suns following them drafting Alex Len.

I would love him on our team. I remember few years ago he completly shut down the chinese offence with his height. wang zhi zhi and yi jianlian couldnt do a thing. china scored sthg like 48 points only in the game due to him.

now nba is different. but he adds defence imo

Enough with those scrubs ideas...Biedrins? Haddadi?! We might as well get Pittman back.

We need proven players..Dalembert, Oden, Spencer Hawes, Birdman. Players that hold their own in the playoffs.

Im 99% sure we'll get Birdman back, which would be great for the backup Center.

Getting a starter to play next to Bosh...that's the real challange of this summer.

My vote would be for us to re-sign Anderson, try to sign Oden and do what Pat Riley suggests, “improve from within” – Of course we need to go big, BUT this team was not constructed with the center position as it’s focal point. Thus BOSH has to sacrifice size to play that position. I would love for us to get a traditional Center, but I don’t think he’d fit or would have a hard time fitting in THIS SYSTEM.

Team chemistry is very important and I cannot remember when we’ve had a more closer team since Pat Riley got here(I could be wrong). Anderson’s popularity, hype, energy and crowd acceptance has to be good for about 4-5 home wins.

Bringing in a BRAND NEW Big AND expecting him to fit on a championship chasing team, is a bit risky..IMO..

In conclusion, sometimes even I didn’t appreciate certain aspects of our team until I look at other teams……we have a solid foundation, organization and some momentum…..sign Anderson, try to get Oden and improve from within……

last season we signed Ray ray, lewis and then late on Bird and that was adding to a championship team. I suggest that those moves argue against the above.

I hope that we continue to strengthen EVERY season

I see they have the "and 1" option. There should be a "flagrant 2" choice for posts like these

do you see any validity in my statement, we're basically saying the same thing...I am just not as detailed as to who should or shouldn't be signed?

With all of our main guys except anderson signed, the only position of need is C...my comments was based on THAT ONE REMAINING NEED....IMO

The way that I see it, we're going to get another Big some how. Juwan is going to go and Jarvis. After midway of the season we sign Howard again. Next off-season, I see most of our guys returning but with pay cuts.

I admit, this made me laugh

Personally I wouldn't mind Gortat, and I'd do that trade MINUS COLE....but not even the Suns are that desperate.

for 14-15 we have a bunch of people coming off the books (hopefully the big 3 opt out and decide to get new deals) and i assume haslem uses his player option

big 3
battier (retires?)
allen (retires?)
chalmers
rashard
jones (retires?)
amnesty miller
varnado

if we do that realistically the heat would probably have the most cap space going into 14-15.
we clear out all these old guys, and reload with vets who would be wise to take a bit less and try and get that 4-peat

 :P :D

And they are likely better than anyone in Summer camp. Does Speights rebound tho? he can shoot

Wayne Ellington can shoot, lit us UP in Memphis when we lost there last year. I mean shots from all over the place.

Speights can shoot the outside jumper really well. And since we like bigs that can space the floor...
