Bosh needs to wake up, Deng needs to go back to Mavs game Deng, Napier and Ennis need to keep to keep it up after good games.

Wade is the difference between us being a 50 win team and a 40 win team. With him in the lineup I feel comfortable against any team in the league. Without him, you lose your main facilitator. Now you realize what a luxury it was to have both LeBron and Wade on the team.

He definitely has the patience, court vision and passing ability to do so, he just has to adapt to NBA speed. It's the typical development college kids have to go through. You always see flashes of what he could become, which is a decent starting guard in the NBA.

As for Chalmers, his role as a scoring guard his perfect for him. He will only facilitate based on drawing attention with his drives and then kicking it out, but he's not a floor general and someone who can run your offense. Cole is something of nothing really and I haven't been a fan of his play this season, even when his numbers looked decent. Poor, selfish decision making and he just doesn't have Chalmers' scoring ability to make up for it. If there's one of the three I'd give up, it's Cole, especially since it seems he's playing for a contract rather than for the good of the team first.

It's funny but it's true, He makes our other PG's look like alcoholics. You can just see how things settle down when he's in the game.

He's still playing too passive and almost scared at times, but I guess it's to be expected. Sop's job is to push him and give him confidence to play free, make mistakes but play aggressive and learn.
