TJ on the other hand. I hope he comes back tomorrow and plays a lot of minutes from here on out. We will need him for the bench scoring in the playoffs.

He's going to have to be eased back, no?

He hasn't played in months. Him getting mayor minutes right away might not be good for the team. It takes time to get back from an injury that long ( mentally ) you need minutes to get in the rhythm of your game and the teams game ( and I don't think the playoffs, where everyone is suppose to play at their best, is the place to do that ). Now there's always a chance he'd be the same as he was before the injury and contributing right away, but that's a slim chance IMHO. I'd give him 10 minutes a game and see where that goes. Basically give him Greens minutes, even if his offense is off, he'd be a defensive upgrade of Green nine out of ten times.

That would most likely be the approach! He would also most likely come off the bench, limited minutes until his body is able to allow him to clock in more mins. Bosh off the bench in the playoffs would be interesting.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Please, Mr. Whiteside, sir, get that triple double that you're due for. And Please Heat team, sirs, blow them the eff out so that I may see a couple garbage time minutes of this:

Super excited about the Briante Weber signing. We needed a third PG in the worst way. Our future is so bright

This is a tale sign that Mr Riley is hanging his collar sooner than later. He has never been about the tomorrow but about the today, trying to always fill a contender at whatever stakes. But the greatest legacy is not just about always being in contention, but about walking away and leaving your successor with a bright future. We've loaded young aspiring players, capable of fielding a quality product for years to come. Hassan Whiteside, Tyler Johnson, justise Winslow, josh Richardson, Briante Weber are thinking for the future for this organization. Something never done before by Pat Riley. This leads me to believe that soon Riley will step down, problably alongside Wades retirement without any regrets.

Hornets lost so it's looking like 5th seed at worst. Maybe they'll beat Boston and the Hawks will lose to the Cavs and Wizards then at worst we'll get the 3rd seed if we beat Detroit and Orlando.

So many possibilities.

Damn Charlotte choked against the Wizards.

As unlikely as it seemed the other day, if we win out and the Hawks lose to the Cavs or Wizards, we could still get the 3 seed. Unfortunately Cavs will probably rest LeBron, so 4 seed is probably our ceiling.

Yea I doubt they'll rest LeBron. It all depends on the Raptors and Knicks game tonight though. If the Raptors lose I believe they clinch. Heat fans have 2 big games tonight, ours and the Raptors Knicks.

I would want him to see a lot of minutes so he can get in rhythm quicker. Playoffs aren't far away at this point. I still want to win out but I wouldn't mind Wade & Dragic playing less minutes while doing it, if possible.

But its true that TJ physically might not even be ready to log a lot of minutes right away, so I dunno.

Hmm not sure how I feel about this. Hassan deserved to be back in the starting 5 with the way he was playing, but there were benefits of him coming of the bench, for him and for the team. I'm hoping for the best tho
