Finally, a Dante sighting. Been waiting for him. Keep him on the radar:

Oregon and N'Faly play tonight @ 1030.

Big, athlete, though raw. Could come out this year. Would like to have in the cupboard alongside KZ.

Like this kid's attitude. Hard worker. Nice mechanics on shot. Can handle the ball and pass a bit. Good athlete.

say DOM, can you identify a stretch 4/5 that is big and mobile enough to become a plus defender at the NBA level while having the shooting potential to become a <36% 3 point shooter?

That's what I've been looking for predominantly during these first ten games or so. Paul Reed looks to be a possibility there. Hit a growth spurt, so he has guard like tendencies. He's a narrow big man though, as many are in this draft. Quality length though. Gets something like 6 stocks a game. Was shooting 40+ percent from three, but has gone cold.

Toppin is very sudden, and has fluid scorer tendencies, but hasn't shown to be a solid defender.

Bassey looks to be a buy low candidate after another injury.

Amar Sylla has a scary physique (in a fragile way), but has a fairly diverse skill set. If he had a body, he'd be a top of the draft prospect I think.

Realgm has a bit of a primer here:

And here's a comparison of some of the bigs with range:

We're likely getting a bottom 7 pick not a top 7 pick. Do you think we have a chance a Toppin? Sylla is too much of an unknown player for us to gamble on.

1.Mamadi Diakite (Low 20's pick)
2.Paul Reed (High 10's to Low 20's pick)
3.Daniel Oturu(High 20's pick)
4.Killian Tillie(High 20's pick)

We need to talk about Tre Jones. We could some more defense on this team and a true play-maker off the bench.

I like Charles Bassey/Nwora right now, but I admittingly don't know much about those guys in the lower 20's and beyond in this draft

Someone was big on Nwora last year. How the hell he go from potential lottery pick to late first rounder

Return to Miami Heat
