Giannis will probably be guarding Jimmy next game more.

Our offense has often been most successful when Jimmy is focused moreso on making sure the offense runs properly than when he's looking to score. I'm pretty sure there's a strong correlation between Jimmy having a low FGA count and us winning.

The best thing about this team is our ability to function in a variety of ways.

Yimmy's 40 points were orgasmic (don't judge me), but Bam deserves some credit. 17 rebounds vs the #1 rebounding team in the NBA. The Milwaukee Phucks averaged 52 rpg during the reg season, we outrebounded them 46-34 last night and it was because of Bam. My mans Bae also grabbed 9

Wouldn't say warrior, but this was the meme I was coming to pronounce. Leave the center where he at, we already have one coming for a max

Great idea for the playoffs. I just hope this does not change the statistical data to encourage Spo to play more small ball during the regular season. It’s one thing if you have a guy like Battier/Winnie/Crowder/Iggie play against a bigger PF in the playoffs. But having an undersized PF start during the entire regular season just wrecks em.

Yes this should be the concern right now . . .

I was about to post in the last GT about how Butler needs to step up but I didn't want to Iggie it. Seeing all the Giannis slander makes me happy I kept my mouth shut. You better not ruin this for me OP! :wavefinger:

As excited as I am about getting the Game 1 win - I expect the Bucks to be better tomorrow.

Giannis is a (probable) B2B MVP for a reason. He had a poor game yesterday, but he will be ready. I assume they will get Bledsoe back at some point, possibly tomorrow, who should make life more difficult for Goran. We also can't expect Playoff Jimmy to hit that many jumpers down the stretch every game.

I still feel this series is going 6 games and would expect the Bucks to counter-punch tomorrow. Hope I'm wrong.

I definitely expect a very strong and aggressive outing from Giannis. I also expect the refs to swallow their whistle a little in the early going and not let him get in early foul trouble again.

Even if Giannis gets his, we still need to make it difficult and not let it get their whole teams' gears going (open 3s and such).

It will be very interesting if the Bucks adjust to how they defend us after we worked them in the paint last game. They seemed to be a little more 3-point focused on defense than their M.O. In game 1, we didn't get that many 3 point looks (a couple of our guys were also off--Duncan and Nunn). If they are shrinking the floor a bit more by packing the paint a little tighter, we should have an opportunity to make them pay from 3.

We will definitely need 1-2 Duncan games this series. Also would be fantastic to get one of those Playoff Kelly O specials this series.

It would be great to see the Jazz lose today and get eliminated after having a 3-1 lead. Mitchell might be pissed enough to force his way out.

Seattle has plenty of coffee. You can buy it off craigslist from antifa, or just loot it yourself.

I'd like to see Duncan go lights out on them in the first half. Improved 3-point shooting would be a great answer to Giannis.

Oooh man, I want this one. I want this one bad. Bucks are going to respond with a lot of intensity and I'm expecting them to be up at the half. Careful OP.

If Duncan, Nunn, and Herro can consistently knock down their three-point looks this series, I feel the Bucks stand no chance.

Someone hold me.

The expectation is that the Bucks come back strong. However, the first quarter they had game one was pretty much premium Bucks bball. We've seen their high octane, can't miss offense, more than once and have been able to respond.

Duncan, Herro, Jae, Dragic, etc. need to hit 75% of their threes. A win here would be crushing.
