Murray and Hunter in the same deal would be huge. We’d turn Hunter into a stud
Some serious long term money, but on paper, yes Hunter would be a nice addition.

I’d be happy with Tyus Jones and Delon Wright for Lowry and small draft compensation.

Yeah that was a pretty rough outing for him even if he did end up with 26 meaningless points after a horrendous start. I didn't like his shot selection at all him and Ball both looked like low IQ chuckers today. He did have 7 ast to just 1 TO though and grabbed 5 rebounds while getting to the line for 6 fts. I'm gonna try and watch more of his games to see what his shot selection and bbiq is like normally.

What about trade for markelle fultz? Read Orlando looking to trade him. He is better than lowry and you can add Wendell Carter and money works out with lowry

He is only making 17 and only one year left on deal.

JJJ's footwork kinda of reminds me of Butler and a little bit of Kawhi.

Ya I kinda figured that must be what he's talking about but at least from my memory of Dirk he mostly was a turn and fade with that one legged jumper. JJJ is more of a bully and a much better athlete who uses his footwork closer to the basket for finishes and not turnaround jumpers so much idk...

I like him - I just don't see a fit with Bam longer term. He's more of a Bam lite rather than someone I could see fitting in alongside him.

Re: Miami Heat 2023/2024 Regular Season - Thread 3.0
We should be looking to find the next Jalen Brunson. Someone who looks solid on a decent team, but perhaps has another level to him. Looking at rosters, I'm not sure if that player exists, but Murray is probably the closest to someone I can think of - being played a bit out of position and looked better in San Antonio.
Either that, or a younger PG that is buried on the depth charter. Someone like Davion Mitchell from SAC could fit, although he's not a proven outside shooter at this stage.
Otherwise, you're looking at vets on crappy teams - someone like Brogdon or Marcus Smart could probably be had for relatively modest returns.

For me he has the Kobe down low footwork. It is his idol after all
