I expect big things from Bam and Herro for however long he’s out.

Vs the Celtics last year without Jimmy:

Bam 2 games: 27-11-3-2-1 on 54% shooting, 20 FGA.

Herro 2 games: 16-4-8 on 36% shooting 18 FGA

Let’s hope Bam can keep it up today, if Herro increases his scoring efficiency he’ll be fine today.

Want to see something from Terry too

Celtics, Bucks, Sixers to close it out before ASB. Just give Jimmy off until then, we likely go 1-2

One of the the few/rare perfect fits to play with Bam in the frontcourt in this league. Bam would be able to be a PF and have a tall C that can shoot and defend the rim. Shame we didn't go hard for him and get him....

That's not what this build is, it's about switchable defenders over rebounding and shot blocking. If they change this build, maybe the FO will get some size next to Bam.

I don't really agree with the type of build they're going with but it's better than every couple of years changing directions and nearly starting from scratch again, come up with a philosophy on how you want to play and build towards that for multiple years.

Oh I know...and I think it's dumb as **** lol. I'm not a Spo guy, I don't like his system and coaching in general most of the time to be honest, but everyone thinks he's the best coach in the league so I mostly keep that to myself. He had Kyle Lowry at 6'0 defending the 2nd most shots in the paint on the team next to Bam last year if I remember right! I don't care for his switch positionless smallball BS. As much as people blame Riley for the poor roster construction, (and somewhat rightfully so) I think Spo is behind it in a big way since the players have to fit his system. The only way to actually change this build is to get someone like KP lol.

So he is 12-21 vs the heat this season but only 2-4 against Bam and has history of trouble scoring against Bam, why are we not using him to defend KP? That means whoever is guarding KP majority of the time is damn near a foot shorter than him

I guess we prioritize Bam on stopping JB and Tatum but then that leaves us with no answer for KP. We should’ve traded for another 3 and D guy to play to 4. From a basketball perspective both DFS and Royce would’ve been perfect

Had we went all in for Beal and KP we would easily be championship favorites right now

Hope we get an early season ROY performance from Jaime today too. He averages 16-5-3 as a starter on 51% shooting

Since 2009 Heat and Celtics is by far the biggest rivalry in the league right? Like it’s not even close. Or do I just think that because I’m a Heat fan witnessing it every year?

I would like to see Terry bring up the ball more and not Herro (He holds on to the ball too long).

It seems like every team has a review team in place ready to go, and a challenge is done quickly. Miami on the other hand has none of that.
