Nice mentality, loser mentality, thats why Riley wants out, nobody can take a bunch of losers.

We could get worst record and still end up getting some piece of junk player you never know and by the way one player isn't gonna fix this team by far hahahah.

Stop acting like losers and pretending that losing is good.

Well you acknowledge the fact that one player isn't going to fix this team, so what makes you think the Heat are better off winning games when at least there will be some improvement if the Heat get a high draft pick.

The time to start complaining about wins passed a long time ago when there was still a false sense of hope that the Heat could make the play offs.

Many have realized the reality of the situation and whether the Heat win or lose games the season is a waste, but losses actually have a positive outcome in the long term.

Yea and when a team wins the pick for Rose and we get a role player then what?

You guys act stupid on here pretending like losing is all good.

Its not even half way through the season, gimme a break.

No real fan is happy when their team loses sorry. Just an excuse "its ok we will get the best pick"

each loss is bringing us closer and closer to a major shakeup, which I embrace as a fan who wishes to be competitive and have a chance to make noise in the playoffs every year we have DWade.

we must flip our expiring contracts into consistent rotation players ASAP. good thing JWill played well tonight, might spike his trade value.

You don't want a team to get used to losing every single night, they will just settle for losing for years to come.

The time to complain about losing is only beginning. Its not even half way through the season yet.

When theres 20 games left and then if you are close to the bottom, you think about the draft, not now with almost 50 games left.

FREE AGENCY!!!! Who will come here ever if we are a bunch of LOSERS with an old fat slob at C taking up 20 million? Nobody.

I want a trade and for us to win as much as we can and show we are still a good team that will be back for a title run within a year or two. If we end up with a good draft pick then even better and sign the best guys we can get next year from FA.

No Heat fan is happy to be in the midst of a losing season. However, everyone has their own way of coping with disappointment. Some choose to continue to complain about the losses that are piling up while others choose to try and take a more light hearted view of the situation. Others choose to be more optimistic about the future and envision how the Heat will improve if the lottery pick turns out to be a success.

After being depressed and pissed over several months that feeling just starts to get old and tiring.

Losers give up with 50 games left, sorry.

If we had 20 games left then I'd see your point.

have a chill pill, seriously!

this season's been tough on everyone, fans and players/coaches alike. -- we aren't going to become any better of a team if we gripe over who takes a 'meaningless' shot that will only hinder us, depending how you look at it.

if we're going to suck, it's better we TOTALLY suck and set our selves up nicely for what seemingly is a good lottery pick and reload.

The quickest way for us to be good again is to get a good pick in this draft. And I want us to be good again.

we aren't a franchise run like atlanta or charlotte or lac last time i checked. -- we have pretty damn good front office personell who obviously know what it takes to build a real team......

From a nonbias perspective I don't see the Heat having any talent to win a play off series.

Somehow managing to make it to the postseason would be more enjoyable for fans in the short term, but that joy would be short lived as the Heat get eliminated. The Heat would also go into next season without any improvements to the team and have missed out on a young prospect who could potentially solve the Heat's need for youth and talent. While the lottery pick might not have an immediate impact he would fit into the rebuilding process.

And who knows the player we draft could potentially start contributing in his first season like Wade did and improve rapidly to become a huge contributor to the franchise.

You must be the only one, because I like the "crappy" titles.

Sorry I have to make another comment.

One draft pick alone can't save a team as bad as the Heat, even with Wade in the team.

But it could help in the long term picture, but it will not be a install result, it will still take years.

stop complaining.

make the game threads yourself then. and if you're going to do it, do a good job with it.

starting line ups for both teams
key match ups
keys to the game
injuries
lottery balls gained with an L/lottery balls lost with a W

Its true though you guys act like 12 year olds with the game threads just cuz we lose this year.

You make baby pictures and act happy about losing, who would wanna post on here, its a joke and embarrassing.

PORTLAND did they give up just cuz Oden is out and they had all young players that are unproven? They started as bad as anyone and could have packed it up hoping for yet another top lottery pick, but look at them now.

Last I checked no FA chose to come to Miami, they all dissed us this season. So I doubt people respect our front office how you said they do.

We need a trade, need to win some games after that and show we will be OK next year. If we get in the lottery, which we most liekly will, then you still need luck to get one of the top 3-4 picks(which are the only guarantee for a good player). Then we still need to sign some FAs.

People should laugh losses off every now and then, but come on you guys don't even have an educated discussion on here anymore. See u next game, go back to drawing some pictures with toilets to cope with losing i guess.

Return to Miami Heat
