Whiteside to Lakers does feel right, but he'd never be as dumb as to opt-out.
I'm down for a buyout

It was pretty funny tbh. More entertaining than this offseason will be too.
Heat are showing no signs of giving up on this treadmill life. Might as well change my name to HeatTreadmillLifer.

Re: Around the NBA Vol. 3 - THE END
In a serious note, i hope the Warriors going to release a full rapport on how they decide to let KD play even if he decided to play at the end.I want to know who made the inial diagnostic, against the Rockets, who they consulted to confirm the initial dag, how long it should take to recover from that injury,, what did KD to recover (i was surprised for example to see him travelling with the team), what kind of practive did he do, did they have a meeting between the medical staff, the agent, the player and the GM staff...
Maybe it's just bad luck, he was indeed cleared by the medical staff and even by a specialist (i want the name), you can't prevent that kind of injury ? maybe that injury would have been later during the summer, preseason ?
I am a little surprised to not hear KD's agent, it's one of the reason i think KD took the final decision, maybe the Warriors should have told him to not play, easy to say after.
Maybe it's not the right comparaison but i also got upset by the Heat with the way they were dealing Wade's health, i felt like sometimes they should have be more strict and rest Wade more, we all know how Wade is competitive and he always wants to play.
The problem was the lack of information regarding the play.
I get it that i don't care if Iggie or HWR took anger management treatment but for an athlete of that caliber it's different.

Due to health care privacy laws, that information can only be released if ok’d by KD. It’s not up to Warriors. There is no reason for KD to release such information unless it was due to negligence by the doctors. Considering there has not been any talk of such negligence, I will be shocked if this report you seek becomes public.
As for Wade, he had a procedure in college to get his meniscus removed. It got him in playing shape faster, but caused long term consequences. Source:

At least he is consistent with his mobily on and off the court ! The Donfather was completely off on this one in an era where the center has to be able to defend all the position

Anyone that can spend a day with DJ Khalid un-ironically should have been a red flag.

We were just a tick or a tock too late. We saw all the signs, but held on hope that he could be a young asset at the very least. There were some more prescient posters, but most, like me, wanted Hassan back at all means. We didn't want any Al Horford type centers
