Bam’s official wingspan measurement is actually 7’2.75” and he measured 6’8.75” without shoes at the draft combine

1. The team doctors didn't clear him last game, so Spo didn't have the option to put him in during garbage time.

Sign a waiver. It's not like it's a life threaten injury. And funny how he's suddenly cleared 3 days later when we're on our dying breath.

Easy to say, but it's also possible that the team was holding him out to not disrupt chemistry, until now when there's nothing left to disrupt. Maybe they didn't want to hurt his trade value. Maybe they didn't want to put their investment at further risk. Either way, I really don't think there was a path for Herro to force them to play him. He could've signed a waiver or whatever only for Spo to park him on the bench all game, which still might happen today lol.

Sticking him back in the starting lineup might disrupt chemistry, but having an extra shooter on the bench would not. I mean ... how disruptive is he? Do his teammates hate his guts or something?

Does anyone have a list of the NBA "bigs" that have slowed down Jokic?

The size obsession with this fanbase is out of control. Size is not talent. If size meant much Boban would be all NBA or at least on the all defense team. We don't have the advantage that Denver has scoring down low. You know who else doesn't have that advantage? The Heat if we add size. If the NBA allowed us to trot out Jusuf Nurkić tonight, Jokic would eat our lunch just the same.

If size matters, where is Joel Embiid? Why isn't he playing in the Finals? Why aren't the Cavs here? Let me guess, they are too small in the backcourt, right? Who are the NBA teams with size besides Denver? Are those the teams that Denver eliminated on their way to the Finals? They must be, otherwise they'd be playing Denver in the Finals.

Denver must have been smaller last season because they were home watching the golden state Warriors beat the Boston Celtics in the Finals ... with the biggest starter on the court for either team being 6'9 237 lbs Robert Williams. Maybe size was less important last season. The only starter on any of the 4 conference finals team bigger than 6'9 was the Mav's Dwight Powell 6'10 240, and he was clearly the difference in their series.

Size does matter. It's not only size, it's size and talent. Do you you think Gordon would have been as effective as he has been if he were 6'6? Hell no! He's been able to score with ease because he is bigger than everyone in our team.

Size isn't our issue. Our shooters went cold and Jimmy has been beaten. Bam's not enough. Bam does not have a modern offensive skillset.

You sure about that or are you making a knee jerk reaction? He was top 3 in the league in points in the paint, 1-3 I don’t remember exactly where he finished and we’ve seen him do about as good of a job as anyone on Jokic and clamped Embiid in the playoffs last year. He’s shot over 68% in the restricted area every season as a starter.

Edit: forgot to mention he clamped Giannis so bad in the 4th quarters of games 4 and 5 this season the he didn’t even want to touch the ball anymore
