Bottom line is, if we suck bad the second half of the season, we'll bank a lotto pick. Possibly 2 if the Dubs also suck.

This team isn't winning a championship, so we need to just look for positives and find the guy who are going to be part of our next push. Bam and Herro are solid parts to that. Ware looks legit. Niko has improved and Pelle should be a solid role player for years to come.

Need to make the tough calls now though and bench Terry. Enough is enough, he has been killing us all season and needs to sit. It was a bad trade that backfired - cut our losses and move on.

If you want to tank, you need to play Rozier.

Was having thoughts of sending him back to the bench and rekindling that Ware/Jovic dynamic that was successful and gave the bench unit much needed life. Now with Wiggins we might be able to move things around again a bit.

I don't want to tank though. I want to see Pelle/Niko/Jaime all get reps over Terry's busted ass. Give the kids more burn and let them learn on the job - beats Terry dribbling the air out of the ball and chucking up junk.

Maybe - I don't think we need to. I think we just need to get Kel'el involved again on the lob. Mitchell should help here.

Kel'el vs Chet should be a fun next game out.

If we bench Terry, we wont suck that bad. Hes one of the worst players relative to contract weve ever had.

I though ware and wiggs developed some early chemistry.

Wiggins was looking for ware on lobs and when wiggins got to the rim, he saw 3 bodies every time which left ware open for easy put backs on a miss. I'd probably lean into that more on the second unit instead of Rozier going 1 vs 4.

Its comical with Terry at this point. Thats a guy who is fighting for his life in the g league, not a 30 minute a night offensive hub.

They can never take the first 9 minutes away from us. Excluding the Terry minutes we won by 5, counts as a win in my books. And that’s with him playing the garbage time minutes that we won lmao

We are only one piece away from being legitimate championship contenders.

We have an NBA franchise.
We have an NBA arena.
We’re only missing a championship-level roster.

At the end of the game Brian Scalabrine said maybe the Heat should consider trying a different style of offense

Mitchell showed solid potential tonight. He’ll bring stability at PG and obviously things will be better with Herro.

Spo out here starting Burks over Duncan? Are we expecting Herro to slide to the 2 and Davion Mitchell to keep starting?

Mitchell played 23 to Rozier’s 25. Mitchell needs to play 30-35 mins a night.

Yes. Mitchell was telegraphed as the starter in practice with Herro
