Nice game from Ware! Too bad we didn't have A'ja there to coach him up on the sidelines instead...he would of put up 40 for sure!

I think that bam is already broken... I just hope I am wrong and he can prove himself to be a Barkley sort of player instead of a d.greenHeatFanLifer wrote:Flash4thewin wrote:This season is all about Bam.
Can he transition to play PF full time like he wants?
Can he justify his max salary at the PF position?
You know what this blurb reminded me of? How Zo was during the season of Isaac Austin. Maybe my memory is wrong, but my rumor memory remembers that Zo initially wanted to be a power forward. Not a center. Zo was definitely undersized at center, but he had the skill and the will to push through the pain. Then apparently the pain meds he was on after games destroyed his body. What do I base that on? Zo commenting how he could not take pain relievers after a game and he wasn’t talking about tylenol or aspirin. If those pain meds aren’t healthy for his body with kidney problems, what were those meds doing to his kidneys in the first place?
Fast forward to today and rumor is Bam doesn’t want to play center. But why? I guess guys like Jokic really are next level simply due to size. If so, Ware needs to step his game up. Jovic and Precious aren’t options to start. Either Ware works out, or the team loses with Bam at PF. Center Bam is just not possible. Look at what playing PF, did to undersized Battier too. He got broken, same **** would happen to Bam at C .
Also don’t forget what happened to Justice Winslow.

Bam himself realized this last season as well which is why he lost his mojo. This unfortunately also makes him even more overpayed than if he played as a 5. Ware needing starter minutes to develop doesn't mean that Bam all of a sudden gained parameter skills.
The Ware vs Jovic is manufactured by podcaster and leaned into by the org to protect Bams ego.
Trade him for the best young package and picks before it's too late. Ideally for a SF under the age of 25.
Sad thing is, there’s some Heat fans on here that legit think like this

Well, he’s got a good point, you just don’t see it.
Bam’s already 28y and not really on the same timeline as most of Miami’s young core. I’d move him for a player who fits better age wise and has a skill set that’s more valuable in today’s game. Guys like Franz Wagner or Jalen Johnson come to mind, both 24y old, versatile wings entering their primes.
Unfortunately, I doubt either Orlando or Atlanta would even consider trading them for Bam.
I’m in the same boat, Bam’s a good player, but we already know who he is at this point. I remain skeptical about his skillset, contract and his overall ceiling, especially since we’ve yet to see him really do anything when Jimmy isn’t around (coming off another season under his belt where he didn't really improve either)

It's just the preseason, BUT Ware is averaging 20 and 11 on 52-50-75 in 24mpg

I don’t think the Bam haters sensed your sarcasm with this one
It’s her offseason now though; maybe we can sign her to “stroke Bams ego” some more!

If he does this and change His way of playing...
He can save the heat!!
